We liked our room, it was unique. The “L” is close, blue and pink lines, if you’re interested. We use it when we go because it’s way cheaper than parking, and Uber. The free breakfast is decent, though I would suggest the Palace Grill nearby. I was disappointed that I paid more for our room because it was supposed to have a full size refrigerator, and it did not. That’s the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. That was an extra $120 for two nights, taxes and all. The bartender had about as much personality as the chair I sat in for an expensive drink. Pretty sweet stay overall.

The shower wasn’t good. Very little water pressure. Hallways were dusty. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location.

I was disappointed with som VERY noisy guest. I finally had to call the front desk and complain. They had on site security. For the area we were in and the name of the hotel I never would have expected this behavior

Went to a game at the United Center and needed to stay near by. This worked perfectly. Parking is limited.

Took a hold on my card for a room and have not reimbursed my card. Has been over a month and I have tried contacting the hotel about this multiple times. Terrible service

Hotel was beautiful and clean. Room was very comfortable. Staff was amazing , front desk staff very helpful. Great choice and location near Rush hospital.

We would love to come back to this Hyatt hotel! All the employees were so wonderful and the hotel is beautiful. Wish I was there now!
