I booked this hotel because I couldn't see the 'Song of Light' during my visit, and it also conveniently tied into my travel itinerary, which was great. Service: We received welcome drinks upon check-in, and the room had welcome fruits and champagne 🍾. All minibar items and room service orders were complimentary (though we didn't use them, the gesture was much appreciated). Cleanliness: I walked barefoot throughout the hotel, and it was spotless. However, there were some small insects in the room, which is understandable given the semi-open-air hot spring. Facilities: Everything was new and perfect. The restaurant had private rooms, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent – a prime example of Japanese dining. It was one of the best 2-day, 1-night stays I've had in terms of food. It was a perfect experience; the hotel itself is picturesque everywhere you look. I loved it 💕. I also felt the overall experience here was much more refined than Lake Toya, and I preferred the scenery here.

We told the duty manager at that time. Although the manager apologized, there was actually no improvement! So much so that we still had foreign objects in our breakfast the next day! ! Very speechless! Mistakes can happen in any industry. I can understand and will not embarrass them in the service industry at all! But for a company that claims to be the first in service, the chef did not come out to apologize until we left the store. He only said sorry through the service staff, saying that he was too busy! This perfunctory attitude is particularly unacceptable to me! ! In addition, the most fundamental reason for my bad review is that the main course steak was served cold! ! ! That's right! Not the appetizer, but the main course! Not only the plate was cold, but the steak was also cold! It was really too bad! I have been to Japan many times, and the hotels I stayed in ranged from cheap two to three thousand to expensive thirty or forty thousand. Only this main course steak was cold! ! It's simply too much and unbearable! This bad review is not at all wrong! Location: Far from the lake! Friends who want to see the scenery can avoid the pit! This hotel has no scenery! There is no service, no food, no scenery, and the bath products are so bad! I don’t know who spoiled them, and they are so expensive! !
