Everything I need for a comfortable home as a traveller is there. The location is pretty peaceful for an introvert like me. The view outside the windows are beautiful, especially when it's snowing. The nearby convenience store also have almost everything I need. My overall experience is surreal. Thank you for the excellent service!

Our flight touched down at New Chitose airport at around 7:30pm and we thought it would be better to stay somewhere close and move to Sapporo the next day. We booked this hotel and everything was great. The unit was spacious and clean. Amenities well prepared. Check in and check out were easy.

It's a spacious room with too many furniture. Sofas are big and dining chairs are too many, making the room feels cramp. Toilet is tug at entrance which is a little awkward.

The unit is clean and spacious, with facilities quite new and satisfying a family stay. The rooms are pretty the same as shown on the website. Though the location is a little remote, but it’s near a train station and quite easy to get a taxi using apps like GO. It’s sad that the nearby outlet is not open fully, with most of its shops closed. We had a wonderful stay and our family enjoyed our stay very much!

It was a great stay but location was a bit out of the way and it cost 1800 yen by taxi to get there.

This is our second time booking. Min chitose not so near to new chitose airport, so make sure to book Uber in advance. However it is advisable to book a taxi to be sure. Uber might assigned driver last min. The property overall was very nice and comfortable.
