Pros:
Nearby tourist attractions and street food options. Walking distance is about 15 to 20 minutes.
The staff is very helpful and friendly, and they never hesitate to answer our questions.
Cons:
Daily housekeeping, but not mattress or bedsheet changes.

We were upgraded to a room with a bathtub🛁 for free for 4 nights. The room was hygienic and the transportation was convenient. At the end of the check-out, we were given a souvenir.
