出小區有大溪溝靜園公交站，那個有李子壩站的二號線就在樓下過，大溪溝站到小區走路幾分鐘，人民路上很多火鍋店小吃店，大禮堂和三峽博物館可以步行抵達，你要是願意，看完洪崖洞也可以散步回來，房間很温馨與圖片相符，衞生無異味，性價比相當高，房東給了説明，位置很好找

房間好好，很乾凈，視野也很好，可以看輕軌穿樓，可以看洪崖洞，而且出行很方便，門口就是輕軌。

1.安排的房間與攜程上預訂的房間號不同，也沒有格外提醒，一開始都找錯了房間
2.下午7點多到的，問保安要門禁卡的時候才知道管家沒有提前準備好門禁卡，管家説晚點來辦，結果我們吃完飯回來了都快12點了，門禁卡還是沒有辦好，又是和保安交流好一段時間，還有方言障礙（問題是當時重慶又悶熱蚊子又多，而且門衞非常負責，問的很細，沒有門禁卡特別麻煩，上不了電梯），體驗感非常不好，直到第二天才給把門禁卡辦好
3.聯繫行李寄存的時候一直聯繫不上，微信語音電話也不接，直到打了手機電話才接通。想寄存行李最開始被拒絕了，説是寄存行李的房間滿了，想補20塊錢。我們拒絕了，我們説要麼就讓我們延遲退房，要麼就讓我們寄存行李，管家還義正言辭的説要求的就是12點前退房，管家好像沒有意識到寄存行李也是他們的服務內容，也意識不到沒法寄存行李對我們遊客來説是多麼的不方便。雖然最後終於同意了寄存行李，但是中間溝通拉拉扯扯的很煩
4.酒店位置打車不好定位，打車三次，嘗試了三個不同位置定位，都到不了那個停車場入口
