Excel Hotel

There were so many mosquitoes in the room, and sewer flies were crawling all over the bathroom. It was absolutely disgusting.

I chose this hotel for a business trip to Chongqing, arriving at North Station. It's a star-rated hotel very close to the station and offers great value for money. Trip.com upgraded my room for free and allowed a late check-out until 2 PM, which perfectly fit my schedule. It was a very comfortable experience.

The cleanliness and comfortable living environment here are obvious, and the convenient transportation also received praise. However, what left the deepest impression was the thoughtful and meticulous service.

This hotel offers excellent service. From check-in to check-out, all staff members were incredibly enthusiastic, professional, and responsive. The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the lobby was very bright. Its proximity to the North Station South Plaza makes it incredibly convenient for high-speed rail travel. All in all, it's fantastic and highly recommended.

The hotel is about 10 minutes from the North Station, so the location is great. The lobby decor is simple yet grand, with cute panda and pink stool decorations. The room was clean and tidy, though some facilities like the windows were a bit old, and the switches needed careful handling. The restaurant offered a rich variety of dishes, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it was a good stay.

This hotel near Chongqing North Station is very conveniently located. The lobby is spacious and bright, and the light rail station is less than a 10-minute walk to the right as you exit the lobby. There are also delicious hot pot restaurants nearby, and the hotel offers free parking. The room was large, well-lit, and clean. As soon as we arrived in our room, we were greeted with local snacks and a warm little card. The lady at the front desk was especially enthusiastic and helpful. These thoughtful details really show the hotel's care and attention, which gave me a warm feeling inside. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family!

The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a good variety, especially the 'xiaomian' (small noodles), which tasted just right. It's conveniently located for catching a train from the North Station. In the evenings, you can also visit Xiong Po Po Garden to browse the flower market and try some local snacks.
