房間乾淨衞生，設施也新，屋裡的電視可以看電影啊，睡眠環境安靜，早餐也不錯，位置就在彈子石老街旁邊，出門左拐到另外一棟有一個直梯直接坐到四樓火鍋店，出去就是老街啦非常近，停車有一個停車樓也比較方便，前台小姐姐服務態度也好。總體來説各方面都挺好的，此次出行最滿意的一個酒店。

酒店衞生，設施，環境，服務都很好。各方面都非常不錯，晚上安靜，在彈子石老街邊上。打車到重慶北站20多元。每天晚上回到房間，還有酒店贈送的麪包牛奶，很温馨。早餐也是非常得豐富。值得一住。

性價比太高的一次入住經歷。酒店周圍環境非常好，房間設施設備齊全，前台小姐姐給升級了房間，拉開窗簾，就是彈子石老街的街景，晚上更好看，下次來重慶還住這裏。

很不錯的酒店，從一進大廳就感覺暖暖的，前台妹妹們很熱情，上到房間打開門第一眼就感覺很舒服，床品很柔軟，晚上洗漱的時候熱水來得很快，用品也香香的，隔音也非常不錯，雖然在市區，睡覺的時候十分安靜，再加上酒店晚間特意送來的熱牛奶，一晚上都休息得很棒。真的是近期訂過性價比最高，舒適感最強的酒店了。強烈推薦。

位置很好，酒店6樓出去就是彈子石老街，去彈子石碼頭坐船走路10分鐘，我們住的窗外可以看到朝天門大橋，樓下飯店太多了，挑花了眼，酒店早餐小麪和酸辣粉都好吃喲～

初到重慶旅遊，印象深刻的不止是夜景、街景，還有雲楓酒店顧客至上的服務。夜遊返回酒店打開門，一杯熱飲，一點宵夜，讓小朋友很是激動。環境、衞生、早餐均無法挑剔，必須點個贊！

酒店乾淨衞生，環境優美，服務貼心，早餐種類繁多，晚上還貼心的送了熱牛奶和麪包。酒店一出門就是彈子石老街，步行幾百米就是長江觀景台，環境很好。住了三天，很開心，有機會還會再來。
