交通：高速下了之後旅遊大道直達，停車位充足，室內室外都方便，且免費
衞生：提前就準備好了房間，且不到12點就為我們辦理了入住，非常人性化，房間很乾凈，私人湯池也很乾凈，庭院也打掃得乾淨
環境：環境就不用説了，請看圖，這40多度的天氣，但是因為環境漂亮，是不是立刻消暑啦？晚上泡着私人泡池賞月的老媽，一直説好，哈哈哈
服務：從訂了房諮詢防疫政策到推薦周邊的美食，從全程管家熱心周到服務（這麼熱的天，管家妹妹還幫忙拿行李，辛苦了），從早餐按時送達（説8點，就一分沒晚）到水樂園的暢快，從晚上特地開啟庭院的照明燈告知注意點蚊香防止庭院裏玩耍被叮咬，到辦理離店退房時非常快捷還特別諮詢對服務的建議，總之細節很到位，非常滿意。冬天再來，哈哈哈。

🔔服務：服務佳，每一套院子都配有專屬管家，有任何需求都可以隨時聯繫。早餐是早上送餐入户的，有三種可以選擇，中式，美式，歐式都有。早餐的咖比我想象中好喝。
🍃環境：選擇了可以看湖的一套院子，非常滿意，在客廳就可以看到湖，院子裏的湯池也是我們到店的時候新放的水。還有一個機麻房，要調成幾人的，都可以聯繫酒店人員。
總的來説比較滿意，服務很到位，院子環境也不錯。

最差的酒店：1、圖片和實際房型301不一致，我可以接受，但是301完全是個監獄,要麼無窗要麼小窗在很高處，內窗外面也是過道。2、經協商換到208房間，208房間旁就是鍋爐房，水泵隔牆震天響，而且非常臟，上一位客户剩下的牛奶盒沒有打掃。陳設非常陳舊。如圖所示。補充一下水泵晚上9點關掉了，但是白天是肯定會響的，工作人員整體態度其實不錯，但是前面的描述也是真實的

設施齊全，衞生乾淨，服務非常好，然後關鍵是在大竹的龍水湖，景色非常迷人，而且房間的造型也很好。綠化也非常好，而且空間也比較大。

預訂之前就看到有評價説這裏設施老舊、管理混亂，也沒有在意。哪知道經歷了人生中最糟糕的一次入住體驗！所謂五六百的這個房間吧，就十多個平方，很簡陋。這個也還能理解，畢竟過年期間都要溢價。但是半夜洗澡的時候，衞生間的下水管道堵了，水直接倒灌進了房間，滿地都是濕的。打電話叫來客房阿姨，她説這裏的房間都是這樣…what？？又叫來值班經理，經理經驗豐富，直接喊拿個毛巾把衞生間的門堵了，克服一下。當然，如果你不接受的話，酒店就要讓你在半夜11點收拾行李離開，另尋他處入住。總之，主打就是一個我的地盤我做主，你一個外地遊客人生地不熟，坑你沒商量咯！衹能説，嚴重影響了重慶的旅遊形象。

環境是真不錯，就在温泉裏面，房間有個大露台，帶一個私湯。
槽點主要在餐飲上，晚上餓了，沒有點餐電話，問前台説問下餐廳，説問了給我回復，然後就沒有然後了。
早餐是我吃過的酒店裡最差的，一共就煮雞蛋，萵筍葉，西蘭花等十來種食物，煮雞蛋都碎了，蒸餃供不應求，沒有酸奶，水兑得已經沒有奶味的所謂牛奶很快就沒了。最離譜的是餐桌上的灰塵（見圖五）。
真心建議酒店早餐就不要搞自助了，一人煮一碗牛肉麪發個雞蛋都比這靠譜的多。
