The hotel environment is very good, clean and tidy, and the staff have good service attitude! Received breakfast and free delivery to the airport. Will definitely book it next trip!

The hygiene in the room is okay, but there is not even a toilet seat. The toilet in this hotel is not automatic and there is no disposable toilet seat. How can this be called a hotel? Also a chain of Vienna International Hotel? Sigh😔The service is pretty good!
