因行程變化提前2天退房，先住後付那種房間，退房後要求開發票，告訴我當天開不了，要第二天才能開，第二天開票時告訴我衹能退一天的，並且要在平台退，店家不能操作。跟平台説明情況後表示跟店家溝通，經平台和本人多次溝通店家才同意退2天房款。先住後付是這種玩兒法嗎？小坑不大，避開為好！

前台理解不到位反饋一下態度很差，語氣很拽，也沒有提出解決方案後續住房期間房間每日沒有打掃浴室和房間地面也不打掃反饋諮詢他們前台前台與保潔表示多日入住每日打掃標準就是替換垃圾桶反饋另一個前台前台表示打掃標準是更換床單被罩前台們和保潔口徑不一致態度很差手機軟件選的大床房與實際大床房不一致前台表示大床房就是這樣然後房間在樓上旁邊有其他辦公的提出可選雙床房看過之後選擇雙床房但是期間我們套旅行四件套看到床墊上面有黃色印記和紅色印記，服務和衞生都不行，牆裂不推薦

非常棒的一次入住體驗！
訂的單間出了點意外情況被訂滿了，老闆免費升級成了更寬敞的雙人間。
裝修很新很時尚，大大的全景落地窗，能看到窗外金山公園的湖景，寬敞的房間辦公也很方便。
房間裏獨立wifi信號超好，我帶的ps5居然都能下載遊戲。
確實是超出預期的好！
