房間乾淨，服務主動，早餐不怎麼洋，品種少又撇。旁邊就是萬州港 ，對面就是萬達，吃飯的地方很多，交通方便，到處都能打到的士。

一進二樓就有潮濕的黴氣味，到了房間沒有隔音效果，隔壁的開關按鍵聲音，樓下的酒吧震動聲，屋內燈光一閃一閃的，床頭上一股發了黴的味道，廁所馬桶沒擦乾淨帶有尿漬的蓋子，沒有辦法形容是什麼樣的體驗，總之感覺被照片騙了。

入住體驗非常不好，停車場進出衹能免費一次，超過一次就得自己交費了。訂的靠江邊的房間，但是窗外有露天餐廳，晚上很吵。早餐的樣數也很少，給阿姨説煮麪條，阿姨態度非常不好，很不耐煩，不停的説煮麪要等很久、要等水燒開、你們確定吃我就煮，一連説了好幾遍，意思就是嫌麻煩不太想煮。
