父母去旅遊，一開始訂的別的酒店，因為房間內煙味比較大，處理的不好。就換到了這個酒店。服務不錯，房間比較大，也很新。老兩口比較滿意，好評。

酒店很老化，牆皮什麼的都已經壞掉了，空調也沒有開，是下去找了前台才給打開，服務態度非常不好。本來就是服務業，開門做生意，這種處理問題的方法真是令我大開眼界，建議大家慎重考慮

賓館應該做到表裡如一， 英豪艾利泰酒店管理人員和服務員素質都很好，環境也很安靜衞生。 唯一美中不足的是枕芯和被芯還有墊絮都非常陳舊，由於從來沒有洗過，所以細心的旅客走進房間會聞到惡味，而一般粗心的人也會在第二天早上感覺咽喉有不適，因為陳年老味會瀰漫房間

就是説酒店非常非常舊了，凌晨2店入住床頭燈有一個已經壞了有一個一閃一閃的有點慎得慌，打電話給前台的答覆是現在維修工下班了，也沒有空閑房間了，反正下次應該也不會去住了。
