Ok and upgrade for birthday celebration. Facility is ok but can enhance with convenience store

Everything was great! service, location, room was extremely clean. Only had a slight issue with 1 room the shower don’t drain fast enough when taking shower, the second room didn’t have enough hot water. Overall very pleased with the stay. Thanks to the Wanda team

The hotel is in a convenient location and has a nice view. The room is very clean and comfortable. The service is very good. I was greeted in reception by Sean, who was very helpful. Because I cannot read Chinese，checkin can sometimes be stressful, especially in light of Covid restrictions. Sean helped me to fill out all forms and made sure my checkin was smooth and easy, and helped move my bags to the room. I was very grateful for his kind attitude and helpfulness. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay on a visit to Chongqing.

The hotel is located on Nanbin Road, very close to Haitang Park. There are bus stops and subway stations nearby that can directly reach many attractions, which is very convenient. There are cafes, fruit shops, convenience stores and many Chongqing specialty restaurants nearby, which are very convenient for shopping and eating. When checking in, the hotel staff helped me upgrade to a river view suite for free. They were afraid that I would take the wrong elevator, so they specifically told me to take the 15th and 16th high-rise elevators. The service was very meticulous. The river view suite is on the 50th floor, and the view is really amazing. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery outside the window while lying on the bed. It's absolutely amazing. The suite has a microwave, refrigerator, oven and washing machine, which can be used for free. There were free drinks in the refrigerator, especially the night view, which was really good. There were also many snacks around. If I wanted to eat hot pot, there was a Jiugongge hot pot restaurant on the left side of the downstairs. It was also very convenient to go out and play.

There were two bugs in the room. I called to have them taken care of. They came up after half a day. I've stayed here before and thought the reception was good. So I booked this hotel again before I arrived in Chongqing. This time, the big bug in the morning was really scary. I took a shower and looked down to see a huge one.

The whole Nanbin Road has a very good view and is convenient for travel. There is a snack street downstairs. You can walk to the Yangtze River Cableway, Kaifu Ruins Park, and Shangxin Street are all nearby.

When I checked in, I asked the front desk if I could use the swimming pool. The front desk said it was closed during the May Day holiday. I thought it was free to use. The next day, I went to the swimming pool and found out that it was 88 per person. I asked the front desk what was going on. The front desk asked me if I asked him and said that everyone knew it was not free. How could anyone know if it was free if you didn't tell me when I came here for the first time? She even asked me to give her a good review for the complete facilities, swimming pool and gym?

The flight was late and I arrived at the hotel at 2am. When I checked in, I asked the front desk if I wanted to add a quilt to the bed. I guess the front desk didn't want to bother me because it was so late, so they just replied that they didn't have any and they had all been borrowed by others. But after I checked in, I went to another room to look for my family, and I happened to see the room service staff delivering pillows to other guests. I asked if there were any quilts left? At least they replied that they would help me find some. The other thing was that the hygiene of the room was not very comfortable.

The location is very convenient, with the Nanbin Road Night Market downstairs; the Yangtze River International that my child wants to go to and the cable car 🚡 that my teammates want to check in are all on the same road; the service attitude is also very good, and welcome fruit is given upon check-in; the breakfast is great, recommended!
