Stayed here for the Marathon which was walking distance from the hotel. Staff are friendly and spoke enough English. Room clean. Hotel was expensive due to the Marathon but reasonably priced on a normal day.

This is my first time staying at the hotel and I am not disappointed. Check in time was a little long but the room was wonderful. It was clean and worth the price. I slept comfortably.

前台小妹們都很熱情，一個個的都把微笑服務貫徹到底了，進大廳就有服務人員幫忙拿行李，還送了下午茶和洗衣券，衣服洗得很柔軟都是洗了給我熨好的。酒店很大氣渝西獨一家的國際連鎖大酒店，大廳很氣派，客房清潔衞生也很好視野開闊。下回回銅梁還住這點！

服務真的特別好，從剛到酒店就有人幫忙拿行李，大家都很熱情，主動問好，辦入住的時候，前台小姐姐eve全程都很有禮貌，看到有長者家一起，還免費升級了無煙房型，屋裡很衞生，環境採光都很好，外賣都有機器人送到房間很方便，到的時候正好趕上下午茶時間，真的很nice，品種也多。入住期間，有什麼問題反應了，前台都會第一時間幫助解決，真的很貼心，入住體驗超讚

我在攜程網訂房時，已經備註需要多放四包咖啡，沒有給我提供；晚上衞生間的燈無法關閉，而且一直忽暗忽亮，我一晚上都未休息好；房間設施簡陋，完全不是一個五星級酒店該有的設施及裝修，在我看來就衹能算三星級酒店；酒店提供的水果，一共有兩種三個，一個蘋果，兩個桔子，其中兩個桔子都已經嚴重發黴了，我第一次遇到這樣的酒店，提供的這樣的服務。我去年住這個酒店的價格是290多元，今年的價格是397元，而且還不提供早餐。酒店樓下的室內停車場還需要客人自己付停車費，這也是我第一次遇見這樣的情況，我發誓再也不會住這個酒店了，太失望了

住過的豪生酒店，最差的一家了。本來是重慶市銅梁區唯一一家五星標酒店了，可能是沒有競爭的原因，位置設施可以，但是服務的理念品質以及能力確實讓人失望！甚至因為這家酒店，影響了對銅梁區的評價！

這麼多房間空着偏偏給個沒空調的，還是全部房間不製冷，30度的重慶為省錢不給空調😡我是極其憤怒！這麼多年沒住這麼差的酒店，房卡衹給一張，出去一下房間的燈光空調窗簾電視都要重新關一下，你們********服了！
