生怕踩坑專門定了個行政大床，圖片和房間***的不符了，因為下午放下包就去出逛了，晚上回來，啥都是壞的，按摩椅壞的就算了，花灑也是壞的，都快掉下來了也不換一下修一下。衞生啥的更不用説了，杯子刷完牙根本不刷那種，總歸重慶的酒店行業太好做了，這樣的酒店也敢定這個價格還是個旅遊淡季

進門就是兩個洗手間 我都驚呆了 房間也很小，一百四不説要好 至少得是個正常房間吧，這個房間就是廁所爆改的。推薦大家去商會大廈附近住 趕飛機的話很多酒店都有接送服務

差評差評差評！！ 1、我當著前台的麪訂的酒店，但酒店並沒有接到訂單，我給她看了付款記錄，前台説讓我等到訂單發到酒店才能入住，並讓我聯繫攜程。等待期間前台自己説了這是攜程什麼分銷的問題，那請問這個和我有什麼關係？是你們酒店和攜程之間的問題，這裏就已經有一種把問題扔給顧客的感覺了！ 2、我是下午入住的，等到下午5點多的時候，我感覺到有點熱，就打開了空調，然後發現空調有噪聲，空調的正下方是寫字桌，相當於噪聲源就在我頭頂上，聲音非常大，我當時在用電腦看視頻，這個噪聲能把視頻的聲音完全蓋住，猜測能達到80分貝了。再重啟空調後發現噪聲還在，我立即撥打酒店電話，前台上來後質問我為什麼不早點説，現在維修師傅都已經下班了。我當時就懵了，我不使用如何能得知空調是壞的呢？使用後也是第一時間打了前台電話，按照我的理解，酒店應當在客人退房後對房間內的物料和設備進行補充和檢查，而不是等到新入住的客人發現，這本身就是酒店失職了，何來臉面質問我為什麼不早點説？這是直接把問題怪我頭上了？後來經檢查發現是扇葉斷裂導致的噪聲，前台猜測是上一個客人在空調上掛曬衣物導致。我也看到了在空調上貼着禁止掛曬衣物的標識，這説明酒店是知道此處是一個容易發生損壞的故障點，那為什麼不在退房後進行檢查？ 3、因為空調噪聲的問題，前台給了我2個選擇，第一換房，但我訂的房型已經沒有了，衹能給我換標間，第二聯繫維修師傅過來，需要2小時。當時差不多是下午6點，也就是8點才能來，我就跟前台説我出去逛逛，8點後回來。等我回來的時候，出乎意料的情況發生了，之前説過，空調正下方是寫字桌，我的電腦、電腦支架、鼠標、鼠標墊、3根充電線全部搞的亂七八糟，我猜測是維修師傅站在學習桌上對空調進行的維修。電腦支架被扔在一旁，鼠標倒轉了，鼠標墊翻了個麪，最可氣的是3根充電線被拔了下來繞成了一整團扔在桌上，還有地上居然還有維修留下的垃圾！！！我當時血壓都高了，酒店沒維修梯的是吧？需要踩着桌子上去修？動客人的東西之前是不是應該先進行告知，有聯繫過我嗎？私自動了之後是不是應該恢復原狀！！！ 以上就是我的入住體驗，前台衹會推卸責任，把問題甩給顧客，讓我有這樣的體驗，前台功不可沒！
