We're from Malaysia. Booked this hotel in Ctrip. Awesome hotel. Location is convenient, few steps away from Line 3 Subway Station. 3 stops from North train station.
The hotel is of modern and advanced setting, marble- flooring, room card-operated access in elevator. It's super clean and the bed was comfortable. Ease of getting ready with 3 separated sections for lavatory, toilet and shower. They offer complimentary washer, dryer, steam ironing facilities, and detergent. There were 2 bottles of water, 3-in1 Vietnamese coffee and Lipton tea, everyday.
All the staff gave superb customer service! They're warm and friendly. Special mention to 小张，小邓。We had a lovely stay and will definitely return. Indeed a 5-star treat at great value!

房間很乾凈整潔，晚上睡覺無噪音，很安靜
入住時前台的服務態度很好，會很細心的説明房間入住細節，提醒早飯使用時間等，下次來重慶會再次入住的

是朋友推薦的酒店，果然沒有失望！有地下免費停車場，非常方便自駕出行！酒店還免費升級了房型，前台兩位小美女態度非常好的接待並介紹注意事項和酒店周邊交通、美食！房間整體非常乾淨整潔，我訂了一間靠馬路的房間，但房間窗户是雙層玻璃設計，晚上睡覺很安靜！出酒店門口100米有地鐵站（記得叫鄭家院子站），周邊有早餐，小麪及其他美食，以後回重慶還會入住哦
