Very new hotel, great breakfast, BMW airport pick-up is great. Front desk service is very good, especially Venina who was very attentive when checking us out. The room is very spacious. The only downside is that the shower water temperature is sometimes hot and sometimes cold

The hotel is so beautiful, the toys in the family room are the children's favorite!

Arrived at the restaurant at 8:00 in the morning (everything was cold, even the food... When I checked in, I was told that the dining area was on the third floor. I finally found it after many twists and turns. It was a small room. Everything was brought from the restaurant downstairs, so it must be cold... It was like leftovers. The VIP dining written along the way was at least hot... Everything was cold... Everything was cold. I guess the restaurant can't accommodate so many people... Because they were all tour groups... If you want to open a new room as a restaurant, at least buy heating equipment...

Hygienic and clean!

A decent hotel. The front desk and cleaning lady provided good service. I forgot to take important things away, and they called to inform me. They also kept the things intact. I give a thumbs up to the service staff

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, bar none. It's hard to believe this hotel is a five star. details as follows: 1. The front desk is severely understaffed, especially when there are tour groups staying. I arrived at the hotel in the evening, just in time for a tourist group to check in. There were dozens of people in the group, but there were only two check-in staff. 2. The water in the tap pipe is yellow. At first I thought it was an illusion caused by lighting problems, so I took a glass of water and took it out to see that it was indeed yellow. 3. Hygiene issues! ! ! There were hairs from the previous resident in the bathtub, curly and hard hairs (you know what). I felt very disappointed. 4. Takeaway will not be delivered to the room. There are no little robots that deliver food either. That means you have to go downstairs and get takeout by yourself. In addition, as I mentioned earlier, there are tour groups checking in, so you have to wait a long time in the elevator to go up and downstairs to get takeout. 5. Poor sound insulation. Children running outside in the corridor or someone talking can be heard clearly in the room. 6. The hotel does not proactively provide disposable toiletries, you have to ask the front desk for them. This situation is common in hotels in European countries, and this is the first time I encountered it in China. It may be an international hotel so it should be in line with international standards. Rated 666 7. There is no disposable bathtub bag (if you ask at the front desk, there is no such thing) 8. The hotel said there was a pick-up service. I called the front desk three or four hours before arrival to make an appoin**ent for pick-up. No one answered the phone. Someone finally answered the phone a few minutes before boarding the plane and told me I needed to book two hours in advance. (At this time, there are still two hours and forty minutes before I arrive). So I questioned it, and then the staff told me that someone else had just booked the pick-up service, so there was a time conflict and there was not enough staff (and I called more than three hours ago and you didn't answer it yourself). Then I was asked to take a taxi and pay them with the invoice. Although the matter was resolved, the process was very annoying. 9. The location is very remote. It's far away from everywhere (including but not limited to the airport, Chongqing North Chongqing West Station Shapingba Station Light Rail Station). When I got into the taxi, the driver started to wonder why I came so far to live here. If you are going to the airport or station the next day, you have to leave at least an hour in advance.

The environment and facilities are all very good. There is airport pick-up, but there is nothing to do around. Every time you enter the door, the TV will be on, disturbing the children's rest. The elevator is slow when there is a meeting, and the elevator card swiping is not very effective, so you have to swipe it several times.

The hotel is big, the rooms are big, the environment is comfortable, and the buffet is good. I stayed for 11 consecutive days. The children can play table tennis and exercise in the gym when they are free. It is worth recommending!
