房間設施一般，住第二次，第一次覺得還好，主要去遊樂園方便。第二次來就説給我升級了房型，結果衞生間和床上衞生都特別差，還不如之前住的房型。第二個就是續住，因為一個人帶小孩太麻煩，第二天直接續住，被要求補錢，讓換房間就説房間還沒出來，讓我等。下午打電話取消續住讓我扣錢，扣就扣吧，後來因為房間還有點零食沒有拿走，不能退房，讓我回去退，回去8點了。錢扣完了💔

6樓天花板矮得出奇，走出電梯整個人都不好了。房間裏面也很簡單，床頭燈都沒有。半夜頂噴花灑一直滴水，聲音很大。

酒店就在萬達對面，出門就是公交站交通挺方便的，購物吃飯也很便利。酒店隔音不好，入住是五一節假日很多家庭旅遊小孩子早上七點在過道大聲喧嘩，聽的清清楚楚，浴室和廁所也不是乾濕分離的，牆上有黃色的痕跡類似水垢那種東西，設備挺老的。房間散味慢，如果前面的客人在房間吸煙吃氣味濃的食品進房間還能聞到，進房間有很大的煙味，是讓人想吐的很濃的煙味，待久一點就頭暈想吐，聯繫了前台但是節假日也沒能換房間衹是噴了空氣清新劑然後沒有任何措施。以及酒店消息和攜程軟件消息有誤差，我定的三晚，在離店前一晚酒店説他那裡顯示我衹定了兩晚，續住要重新給錢，聯繫了攜程客服才解決這件事情，心情不是很好。
