The room was clean, and all the facilities and amenities were well-equipped. The hotel's location is also very convenient; Raffles City is right across the street, and the subway entrance is downstairs. The bed was large enough for a comfortable stay, and there was a bathtub, plus the night view was beautiful. Whatever we needed, the butler was always available and resolved everything perfectly. Overall, it was a fantastic stay experience, highly recommended!

I stayed at this hotel again and had an even better experience. The room had a stunning view, and the location is excellent, close to the subway and within walking distance of many attractions. The reception staff were amazing and very welcoming. Everything you might need is provided, which makes the stay very comfortable. I chose this hotel because of its high ratings, and it truly deserves them. Even during the New Year celebrations, it took us only about 10 minutes on foot to reach the place where we watched the drone show. Highly recommended.

Staying at this hotel with my family was a really great experience. The toiletries in the room are all disposable, which made us feel very reassured. There are also many fun attractions nearby. The subway station right outside the hotel entrance can take you anywhere, and you can even walk directly to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong to check them out. It's truly very convenient. The front desk also provided us with a map of the area.
