環境清凈家人休閑度假，衞生很一般。先説一樓温池地磚很多黃白色污垢，一看就是常年累計的瓷磚上一片片的，不知道有沒有清理消毒。有點倒胃口。房間細腳衞生也不到位，明顯灰塵，還有牀頭櫃有一根上個客人的頭髮，洗漱用品就放了四雙牙刷在樓梯間的邊櫃上，洗頭膏巨難用，説説好的，接待我們的管家很熱情，酒店員工服務微笑都OK。。不是訂的時候還有迎賓水果嗎？我們入住沒有看見，小冰箱倒是免費的小飲料。。希望衞生多改進吧，整體來説性價比也還可以，下次應該還會來放鬆一下。。

在五一假期最後階段為了緩解疲勞而訪問。 環境非常乾淨安靜，温泉池的温度也很合適，非常適合緩解疲勞。 宿舍也是複式，空間非常寬敞，非常舒適。 職員們也很親切，特別是Rachel在逗留期間細心照顧了很多東西，過得很舒服。 唯一遺憾的是，我們衹預約了一天，所以第二天就要離開了。 這次太滿意了，下次打算住更長時間。 我強烈推薦酒店。

環境舒適服務好，整體體驗不錯，頌缽芳香療愈也很有特色，活動豐富，房間裏設施很不錯，管家貼心的給準備了寶貝的洗漱用具。酒店管家Rachel 服務好，會提前聯繫瞭解抵店時間，提前把泡池放好水加熱到舒適温度，入住以後就可以美美泡湯，服務很貼心，來回停車場、去餐廳游泳池都可以隨時聯繫電瓶車接送，房間裏也可以點外賣，整體都非常滿意，值得推薦。

宋品種草已久，這次假期帶着家人去體驗了一下，確實名不虛傳，首先是宋式風格的建築很有格調，佈局雅緻，我尤其喜歡院子裏的芭蕉，像畫中的感覺；其次是榻榻米的設計也很科學，幾個孩子睡在上面都還綽綽有餘。早上吃過早餐，走在裏面鳥語花香，覺得安靜又放鬆；42度的湯池老少皆宜，晚上泡在湯池裡，讓一整天的疲憊都盪然無存，酒店離渝樂小鎮很近，也有接駁車可以送到漫水橋處，過了漫水橋就到了渝樂小鎮的後門了，還可以在那裡喂黑天鵝，不遠處還可以划船遊玩，總之，這次的整個體驗都很好，有機會還會來。

清明節臨時決定的入住宋品酒店，環境很好，貼心的管家服務，房間温泉水質乾淨。早餐也很豐富，孩子玩水玩得很開心。旁邊還有小朋友的遊樂場，體驗感拉滿，很適合一大家人入住，休閑。太讚了

每次入住融創這邊酒店感受都是很不錯的，這次宋品酒店房間大而且寬敞採光這些也很好，可能是節假日緣故衞生乾淨比不上施柏閣，入住正好遇到龍頭壞了，不過酒店很快就來修理並把水處理了，房間設備設施齊全，就是房間浴缸沒有送浴鹽和“精緻”的餐廳衹能用小少二字形容不過小麪米線的佐料不錯，三個人吃了5碗麪，其他也沒有什麼了，房間也沒有歡迎水果，礦泉水也不夠喝，不過酒店服務這塊是沒有挑剔的，娃兒一進屋幾哈就把沐浴露洗髮水護髮素全擠浴缸裏耍起水來，還多謝酒店管家小蘭給及時給幾個娃兒安排了恆温泳池及一些相關的東西，可以説服務是很貼心了，感覺是全天候微信在線的狀態，特別感謝管家蘭蘭貼心服務， 還多次問我們要不要鋪榻榻米，去哪裡都有專車接送，配套的遊玩項目也是很不費媽哈哈～很nice ！酒店整體屬於獨院四合院別墅風，大，有機麻，三四代人耍一兩天很是愜意，適合家庭朋友聚會住，後面有時間還會選擇入住這裏，也會推薦朋友過來這邊！

這個房間太太太適合和朋友小聚帶娃了！裏面有一個1.8大床、一個超大榻榻米、一張大沙發床，2套洗浴室，還有一個超大的室外泡池。服務也很好，我們買了好多外賣，每次都是服務員送到房間來，也很有耐心。總之這個假期因為這個房間和酒店的服務過得很完美！
