9.23入住，看了演唱會入睡比較遲了，想着睡個好覺，一早9點左右被隔壁房門奇怪異響吵醒，想着前台可能會有感應異響或樓道收拾衞生阿姨能夠自行處理，低頻率的響動惹人煩躁，10多分鐘過去了也沒有人來查看和處理，實在受不了，給前台打電話説了情況，才派人來查看。

前台非常態度好，物超所值，非常乾淨，沒有小蟲子，交通其實挺便利的，過了天橋就有環線的地鐵站，通重慶北站和西站，就是去景點有點遠，已經很好了，前一晚訂了個觀音橋的民宿，踩了大雷，這個酒店非常滿意

服務相當好。人沒到，前台已經主動聯繫上了，噓寒問暖，把一家人的房安排在一起，還貼心準備了小朋友的拖鞋。房間衞生很不錯，處處的小設計都體現了酒店的用心，你想到的，他們考慮到了，比如熱毛巾桿，浴室的晾衣架，淋浴房小掛鈎等。早餐不錯，咖啡居然還可以，離美食街也近，很推薦。
