Kyriad Marvelous Hotel （Chongqing North Railway Station）

We arrived quite late, and the front desk checked us in quickly. The service attitude was very good and it felt very friendly. The room was also very good, with an entertainment room, and the overall area was large. There were many late-night snacks downstairs at night. The transportation was also very convenient, and the price-performance ratio was quite high.

I stayed at this hotel last summer vacation. I booked it through Ctrip. I called the hotel later and they told me to recommend Ctrip. It was cheaper to stay at the hotel than Ctrip. I needed to issue a ticket when I checked out, but the hotel issued the wrong ticket for me. I contacted the store, but they ignored me and didn't reply to my message. I checked in again this year and contacted the front desk. They said it was last year's. I said that they ignored me last year, so I came to ask this year, but the front desk ignored me and left me there. No matter it was last year or this year, you should at least give me a reply, because it was your fault that the ticket was issued wrong. You ignored me when I contacted you, and you were still disgusted when I contacted you later.

The room is clean and spacious, the service is friendly, there are many restaurants around, it is very convenient to eat, I like tofu rice and noodles; it is very close to Chongqing North Station, it is very convenient to take the high-speed rail. It is also not far from Longtou Temple Park.

The hotel is relatively close to the North Station. There is a residential area next to it and there are many places to eat. The room this time was not too big, but it was clean and tidy. The facilities were newer. The staff's service attitude was very good. The breakfast was rich, but there was no coffee, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it is at a relatively good level compared to Kyriad where I have stayed before.

Usually Kyriad is on the list of options when we go out, but this time the hotel front desk was quite disappointing: due to the itinerary, we booked two rooms twice. For the first night, we booked an ordinary king-size bed room, but there was a room type upgrade from Ctrip. For the second night, we booked a more expensive family king-size bed room (a 2.4-meter king-size bed). When I arrived at the front desk, I told them that I hoped to be adjusted to the same room and didn’t want to move again. The front desk said that I would be upgraded to a family room for the first night. But after checking in, I found that the bed was not 2.4 meters long. In fact, the room I stayed in for these two nights was cheaper than the family king-size bed room. Then I gave feedback to the front desk, and the front desk said that the price for the two nights was similar to the price I booked. But first of all, according to the price list, the price I paid was higher than the price of the premium king-size bed for these two nights, and there was a room type upgrade from Ctrip, which was equivalent to paying nearly 100 yuan more for the second night. Because I didn’t discuss the travel arrangements with the hotel again, I can only give a bad review here.
