這個酒店的衞生不擺了，我下午五點入住，還有之前的垃圾沒清理。你沒清理為什麼提供房間給我
水壺燒的水，裏面還有黑渣渣。

簡直是個**酒店！極差的體驗！當晚開車進入停車場，發現停車位已滿，過道旁也停了一些車，於是打算也暫時靠過道停靠，等給長者小孩辦完入住再來找車位。這時來了一個女工作人員要我們走，態度非常不好，也不聽我們解釋就不讓我們停。我老婆下車與她交涉無果，對方態度依然惡劣，然後變成爭吵，期間也有其他車輛過來停在旁邊也不見他們阻攔。我趕緊把車停好下車查看情況，衹見對方1女2男對着我老婆爭吵，於是我上前護着老婆。這時對方一位不明身份男子氣勢洶洶沖上前來想打人，並揚言要叫“兄弟”過來，幸好被旁邊眾人制止。人身安全受到威脅，我們當即報警，而對方見勢不對立馬逃逸。後來我們來到酒店大堂找到大堂經理投訴並討要説法，民警也到現場，大堂經理堅持説男子不是酒店人員找不到人，民警建議我們到派出所調解並讓酒店方找到人。於是我們在辦理好入住手續後開車去派出所，期間被我撞見大堂經理與女工作人員和打人男子乘坐一輛車離開酒店。到派出所後在民警的一再追問下，酒店方承認該男子是酒店安保人員，當晚並不當值，然後帶領幾個當事人給了一個敷衍的道歉。對於該男子是不是真的酒店安保我不予置評，我衹想説酒店管理方如此包庇縱容下面的管理人員，安保人員欺壓客人，我是聞所未聞，令人髮指。試想如果當時我們沒有及時報警，讓該男子叫來了所謂的“兄弟”，我一家老小的安全將不堪設想。一家連客人人身安全都無法保障的酒店，給1星是因為最低衹有1星。附上當晚涉事人員的照片及乘坐車輛圖片，並且還有其他住客可以幫我作證。希望平台也能夠嚴肅處理這種惡劣行為，還大家一個安全的住宿環境！

來綦江出差入住的這家酒店，位置比較好找，交通這些都非常的便利，出行很是方便，前台的小姐姐非常的熱情，入住辦理的非常快，服務態度很好，讓人感覺賓至如歸，酒店的設施都比較的不錯，周圍環境比較幽靜，房間衞生非常的整潔，對於怕吵的我來説，隔音效果真的是一級棒，早餐的種類也很多，性價比是非常的高。
