環境實在太差了！整棟樓的環境都讓人感覺不舒適，而且洗澡熱水一點都不熱！空調也不會制熱，窗户門鎖壞了還沒有防盜網，廁所環境也很不衞生，拖鞋也有一股屎臭味很難聞

不知道怎麼説，整個房間雖然大但是emmmm不過在觀音橋附近這個價格也不能過多要求什麼，但是晚上睡覺尋麻疹犯了睡的很不舒服，不過房間裏該有的都有呢，洗衣機也有然後洗漱台的水也蠻大水也蠻熱的

酒店環境挺乾淨的，前台小姐姐雯服務很好，介紹重慶哪些地方好玩，特別熱情。酒店直接就可以走路到觀音橋步行街，位置特別好，值得推薦，樓下就有很多小吃店，11點過後還有很多夜市 重慶小麪酸辣粉之類的，整體還是很舒服噠
