My stay at this hotel was quite a mixed experience. The hotel shares the building with several others hotel. When we went to check in, there were two reception counters on the same level for different hotels. In addition, one level can have multiple hotel rooms belonging to different hotels, each with its own style. The ongoing renovations in other parts of the building added to the noise and disruption. Navigating to the rooms was a bit complicated, involving changing 2 lifts from the ground floor. On the positive side, the loft room offered a nice view, and the nearby shops and eateries made for a convenient location. However, the toilet in the room had some flushing issues but the staff were very helpful and responsive which was greatly appreciated!

Amazing location, just opposite to Raffles square which is one of the main tourist attractions in Chongqing. The subway is just below the hotel and is surrounded by many options for food. The room is exactly as shown in the pictures. Clean and spacious. Great service.For the price its worth it.

The location of this hotel is just opposite of Raffles City Chongqing and the room that we were given has a great view of it . Comfortable room with everything we need , but just a small feedback on the uneven temperature on the showers .

Definitely the best hotel I've seen during my trip to China. The decor was amazing and the room had an outstanding view of the Yangtze river. The service was also spectacular, everyone was extremely nice and the front desk helped us get items shipped to the hotel from online shopping

One of the best I had stayed in Chongqing. Nice river view. Fortunately no construction noise as was reported. However, toilet cleanliness failed. Can be improved esp the floor black rubber mat looks dirty. Water pressure was fine but you can change the water temperature to medium. It’s either very hot or very cold. Bedsheets and linens feel clean. Need to clean the aircond vent - too much dusts. And allow guests to adjust aircon room temperature which is set at 19. Manager and staff were very helpful and we will go back to this hotel because of them.

Location is excellent, easy to travel using metro or buses.
Upgraded by hotel upon check in, the room is bigger, and the view is nice.
Facilities is clean and up to standard.
Big TV and projector screen.
Nice place to stay in my next trip to CQ.

The view of the room was amazing, everything else was quite mediocre however. You can’t expect much service from the staff but for me it was okay. The items in the room are quite cheap and the quality is not very high but the view is absolutely fantastic, i think for the price it is a good deal.

The room has got amazing views. Close proximity to many attractions and it’s right above the metro which is really convenient to get around the city. Only thing would be that the shower in our room wasn’t working well, it’s very hard to adjust the temperature before taking a shower.
