Hilton Hotels in Chun＇an

The resort is very nice, great location. The service was great, we got tea set with cookies and fruit every afternoon to enjoy afternoon tea. Our cleaning lady Hu Quan Juan was very nice, smiling all the time. The breakfast was good, we enjoyed the variety of different dishes and really good coffee (not everywhere available). All in all we would love to stay there again!

We had an unforgettable experience at Bright Resort in Qindaohu. Everything was absolutely perfect. Spectacular views, amazing villa, delicious food and very kind staff. We enjoyed walking in the nature, the fresh air and the amazing views. We spotted big fish, eagles and aquatic birds. The breakfast and the food at the Chinese restaurant were delicious. Totally recommended for families, couples and singles.

We came for a short getaway from hot Shanghai. The hotel was very clean and the room spacious and comfortable. As the only foreign family in the hotel, we were treated very well and helped by the staff to get COVID tests in the town. Breakfast was good and the food and drinks on the menu were really affordable. The main reason to come here is the water park. Our balcony faced directly in the park, which is clean and pretty good fun. Crowded on the weekends! Make sure your room reservation includes tickets. We didn’t realize we had to pay extra and had to purchase tickets on both days. There is no additional pool available, so there is not much to do if you don’t use the water park. There is very little else in walking distance of the hotel, but we did find a few nice little restaurants. Best to come with a car or make friends with a local taxi driver, as we did!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean and a good size and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. We ate Western food in the bar every evening (burgers, chips etc) and the food was great. The pool was lovely (the jacuzzi is very warm) and my daughter loved the play room in the basement. Two things to consider: firstly, the boat trip is only short and involves either a cable car ride or a steep walk (I don’t like heights, so we opted for the walk and it was pleasant but would not be suitable for the elderly or very young children). Secondly, we did not know we had to book our taxi to the station the night before we checked-out, so a member of the team eventually booked one for us, as my Didi app would not get us a car, with the hotel being so far out. Overall, a lovely place and we will definitely return soon.

We made our vacation with our 2 little girls. All things such as pools, playgrounds, meats are useful and effective for children. Especially the playground is free for the guests, very cute and enjoyable. The locations and foods was pretty good. But the outdoor swimming pool is closed at noon, it is strange for foreigners 😃 the indoor swimming pool is deeper but not so deeper than 1.5 mt, so pools are not enough for adults. Every evenings and nights, there is live music in the lobby. There are few workers who can speak English but they should be more.

Refridgerator did not work, they tried to repair but it still did not work, brought a new fridge in the next morning, we put our drinks in and went out, in the evening our drinks had been hot, the fridge was heating instead of cooling, they again changed the fridge. 3. They made the bed every day and ecchanged the towels, but did clean the glasses, coffee cups and the table. 4. A lot of Chinese TV channels, one russian, arabic, french and spanish each, but no english TV channel.

After more than three months of postpartum, I was really bored at home. I suddenly decided to go to Shanghai for a vacation on the weekend and chose Qiandao Lake Kaiyuan Resort. I stayed in the hotel for three days and two nights. I didn't expect much in the off-season, but I didn't expect the hotel to give me enough surprises. There were not many people, and the check-in process was very smooth. The front desk lady also upgraded us to the central lake view room lucky for free! After checking in, our [Little Butler-Beibei] went online. Sister Beibei immediately told us all the hotel's amusement facilities, daily activities, dining times and other information. Seeing that we have a little baby, she also gave him a car warmly and gave us red wine from the hotel's estate 🍷 It was really warm. Under Beibei's care, we had a lot of fun in these three days. Although the water park was not open due to seasonal issues, the hotel's other amusement facilities have given us enough happiness-Cute Pet Park, Non-powered Park, Gym, Swimming Pool, Water Activities... Every day is sufficient! The following points also left a deep impression on us: 1. The guest room thoughtfully prepared a crib for our young baby 2. The hotel's lake view is beautiful, and you can see the beautiful sunset 3. The animals in the cute pet park are very friendly and can interact with each other 4. The free-range peacocks will walk in front of the guest room, which is a surprise 5. The hotel's waiters are very friendly and hospitable 6. The hotel is in Southeast Asian style, with many places to check in and take photos Three days is not enough, next time I come to Qiandao Lake, I will choose this place again~

This hotel is located next to Fish Street, which is very convenient for eating. The laundry area on the fifth floor has a very good view. Because we live on the first floor, the balcony is very large. The breakfast is also good. There is a welcome fruit plate on the first day. The front desk manager is a The handsome young man helped us book the high-speed rail bus and was very responsible. He also told us where to go to eat delicious food. The service staff who collected the room were also very kind. Disadvantage: Because we live on the first floor and go to the fifth floor for laundry, we cannot use the room lock. My room faced the children's entertainment area, so there were children making noise early in the morning. Another thing was that there was a front desk staff who had a poor service attitude. But the next day I responded immediately and gave him a fruit plate as an apology. He was very professional. , overall this is a good hotel

Overall is ok, with a great restaurant, and a chef making superb omelet. But there are 3 points that made the experience a bit disappointing: 1. the gym was temporarily closed. 2. The room I booked, a king Deluxe, was very very small, too small for being a Deluxe, and for a leisure hotel like this. The bathroom has no bathtub, and even not enough space for towels. 3. The staff was always apologizing for some inconvenient, but didn't instead try to solve the problem. For instance in the pool side, I asked for a couple of drinks with ice and straw: they had no straw and no ice there, and didn't want to ask the bar or the restaurant to bring, so I only can take it in that way, with their apologies. Really not what you expect in this kind of hotel.
