As soon as I walked into the lake-view room and opened the curtains, a magnificent expanse of blue lake scenery greeted me. The parking security guards and the service butler were all very nice, especially Butler Dan Dan (Egg). One evening, I had a backache and ordered some medicated patches for delivery. The delivery person got the room number wrong, and the robot delivered it to the wrong room. Butler Dan Dan helped me find it late at night, and I'm very grateful. There are also many dining options around the hotel. I'll definitely come again if I have the chance!"

"I'm not sure if my standards are too high or if other guests are just more forgiving, but for over 1,000 yuan a night, the hotel facilities felt quite old. The room was cramped, and the balcony was enclosed on three sides, making the whole space feel very oppressive. The bathroom and shower stall were tiny, and the floorboards were even warped. The hotel called me a day in advance to say my room was ready, but I still ended up with one directly facing the hallway and elevator. The soundproofing was terrible; I could hear every word spoken outside clearly. I booked this place specifically because of the InterContinental brand, but honestly, it's not even as good as a Hanting Hotel. And that outdoor pool? It's small and shallow, really only suitable for toddlers to splash around in."

There are also plenty of dining options nearby. Highly recommended! They even provided complimentary tickets to the kids' play area, which my children absolutely loved 🥳. The service from 'Mei Yangyang' (presumably a staff member or service name) was excellent, promptly addressing any requests 👍."

We were upgraded to a lake-view room. 3. They gave us welcome gifts for both adults and children, which was a very nice touch. 4. The hotel offers cycling activities, perfect for a relaxed time. 5. We received complimentary tickets to the Botanical Garden, which is currently the most popular attraction in Qiandao Lake. 6. The hotel's observation deck is beautiful, comparable to Bali. 7. The breakfast offered some local delicacies, but there's still room for improvement in quality. 8. The hotel's 'Hundred Family Surnames' cultural theme is very unique and worth experiencing. 9. The pool provides free swimming rings for children, and it's also a lake-view pool. 10. The butler was responsible and followed up promptly – truly an MVP employee of the hotel. Downsides: The hairdryer was just okay, the recreation center had too many paid activities, and the piano in the lobby was just for show, not playable."

"The hotel has a good environment, close to the lake, and there are go-karts and hot air balloons next to it. To the left of the garage entrance is the beer museum. The hotel gave two experience coupons, which introduced a lot of cultural knowledge about beer, and you can see the processing of beer. The hotel restaurant was very good. Because there were two girls, they suggested that we order half a fish head so that it would not be wasted. The dishes of the civil engineering also suited our appetite."

As foreigner without a local telephone number, we had problem buying return ticket from WeChat & not able to get taxi. One of the receptionists were not willing to help us to book taxi. We felt so helpless :( At the end she called an expensive private car (CNY180) 5 of us to go to train station."

The guest room corners and wash areas were meticulously maintained, the bedding was soft and odor-free, and the bathroom was dry and refreshing, making my stay very comfortable and reassuring. The public areas were regularly maintained and cleaned, providing a tidy and comfortable environment without any clutter. Besides the excellent hardware, the service from Iris was also very good. Communication was smooth when I had needs, and issues were handled diligently and responsibly. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. Overall, my stay was very pleasant, clean, and comfortable, offering peace of mind, and it's definitely worth staying again."

"I paid more than 700 yuan a day on National Day. Stayed for 2 days, totaling more than 1,400. The following issues were found: 1. There was pork rib soup and dumplings for breakfast on the first day, but they were gone on the second day. 2. In the morning, we will go to the central lake area and southeast lake area of Qiandao Lake to take a boat. The first batch of boats will start at 7:30. I have dinner on time at 6:30. I encountered traffic jams on both days. On the first day, I slowly moved out by myself and caught the first boat in the lake area. The next day I saw the Tesla pictured below and kept me waiting for 20 minutes. Arrive at Lake District nearly 9 o'clock. The original 7-hour boat trip for the first batch became 6 hours for the second batch. 3. The exhaust fan in the toilet in the room is broken. 4. The air conditioner made abnormal noise. Fortunately, it was October and I turned it off to sleep at night. 5. A very interesting hotel. It is said that according to Hangzhou’s regulations, the rooms are not equipped with disposable items. Asked for it and was given, among other things, a shower cap without packaging. Very humorous."
