最差的一次入住體驗，訂的時候考慮第二天有事，特意選了延遲退房，剛到十二點就一直敲門催退房，當時在洗澡沒聽見。好你催就催嘛，為什麼直接就開我門要進來，要不是扣着小鎖不就被看光了？後來一聽我説要退房就很不耐煩的叫我退。這就是你們的服務態度？本來就不怎麼樣的酒店，態度還那麼差，以後來楚雄都不會再來這家了

講真的，這個酒店服務還可以，就是房間隔音效果特別的差，巨差，馬路上車聲，喇叭聲，最煩的凌晨4點隔壁敲門聲，就像自己房間似得，最煩的還害得自己開了門。很煩，大半夜的。睡不好。我覺得酒店整體還行，但是這些方面還有待改善
