The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and we especially appreciated that we could store our bicycles safely in the lobby. That thoughtful gesture made our stay even better. We felt very comfortable here and would happily recommend it!"

"Environment: Located in the ancient town's guesthouse area, it's relatively quiet. It's about a seven to eight-minute walk from the town center, so you're not disturbed by the late-night bustle, making it ideal for a relaxing stay. Facilities: You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into the decor. The room's amenities are all high quality. There's a laundry room and a small courtyard with many flowers and plants, perfect for drying clothes. Service: The service was excellent. We received a free room upgrade, and the front desk staff was very patient in recommending mushroom restaurants in the ancient town, as well as her go-to rice noodle delivery spot, which turned out to be delicious."

"The bed was comfortable, but the room wasn't clean and had an odor. Upon check-in, I found leftover instant noodles that someone else had eaten. I reminded the front desk in the morning to have someone clean it, but it was still there when I checked in at night, which is outrageous. I went to the front desk again to have someone remove it, but they were completely unresponsive. Breakfast was the same every day and not tasty. The staff service was poor. For some reason, the security guards were watching the elevator doors and checking on guests. It's a new hotel, and the management needs to catch up. The hotel's first-aid kit wasn't fully stocked; they didn't even have a band-aid. The laundry service was the only positive impression I had."

The room is smart, clean and hygienic. There is also a unique ancient town nearby. You can go shopping in the evening and experience the Yi culture. Friends in need can go there!"

"We arrived at the hotel quickly from the Chuxiong West Expressway. Parking is convenient and the service is friendly (the front desk showed us the room). The linen is brand new and the room is large. The hot springs are a little far away and the children had a great time. The breakfast was average, but the restaurant service staff took the initiative to explain that the team had just left and there was a shortage of dishes. They enthusiastically asked what they needed and delivered it quickly. Thumbs up👍 A taxi from Yi Ancient Town costs 11 yuan, and you can eat and go shopping in the evening."
