Cleanliness: The cleanliness was okay for a newly opened hotel. Environment: So-so. Service: We arrived around 2 PM, and neither of the two rooms we booked together had been cleaned yet. We waited in the lobby for half an hour, and they still hadn't arranged for us to share a room. Also, the chubby woman at the front desk was very unprofessional and even took our ID cards. For a price of over 200 yuan in Chuxiong, breakfast wasn't included, and they charged an extra 50 yuan for two breakfasts! ^_^"
