We arrived at Songjinglou Hotel in the early morning in the rain. The front desk was very considerate. Considering that we came from Shijiazhuang a long way, we were upgraded to a suite for free. 很長時間沒住過這麼差的酒店了，標榜自己是四星的，主要考慮離北朝考古博物館不遠。
1. 服務：入住走進大堂看見三位工作人員聊天正歡，直到我在前台站好，她們才從閑聊中回神兒，説了句你好。接着問我“訂的單間還是標間？”“**訂的還是攜程訂的？”你們酒店預訂系統裏什麼都看不見啊？之後又莫名其妙的要給我換大床房，沒同意，直接從桌上拿了張早就做好的房卡給我。
早餐時候服務員站在菜品旁邊直接打噴嚏，也不戴口罩。
2. 衞生：極臟，地面垃圾、頭髮很多，房頂也很臟，沒有衣櫃，所有衣架都是一層土。馬桶一圈長期不洗刷的黃漬。
3. 設施：跟網上宣傳圖片相差甚遠。設施老舊、破爛、損壞，衞生間乾濕不分離，房間沒有無線網，得借別的屋子的，網速奇差。電視看不了，遙控器電池全出湯兒了。衞生間的鏡子是用四個膠條兒粘的兩個角，沒有浴帽、刮鬍刀、棉簽、化粧鏡，淋浴的地方也沒有置物架。毛巾發黃、有味兒。
4. 外部院子環境很好，停車方便，適合散步遛彎兒。房間足夠大，但隔音極差，旁邊宴會廳晚上音響和説話聲音極大，門窗都不隔音，房間門特別單薄，關不嚴，露一條大縫直接能看到走廊。
5. 不懂這個四星是什麼標準評上的，使用了什麼技術手段。不建議大家選擇這裏。

這家酒店環境位置都不錯，就是房間太舊，尤其是衞生間，洗個澡水都滿出來了，衹能湊合沖一沖澡，如果不考慮房間的話值得入住，緊鄰磁泉湖風景美。
