我比較喜歡的是裝修風格，服務態度，包括打掃的阿姨們也是非常和藹可親。見了客户主動笑臉打招呼。應該是公司教育到位。
這些細節，客户有在看哦。尤其是我這種比較細的人。
我提幾條建設性意見供參考：
1）打掃要用吸塵器好好吸一吸。光用拖把拖沒用的。先吸，然後拖一下才好。還有，很多角落沒有打掃。還有沙發的縫隙。如果做不到每次，那最少比如説每週要有一次徹底的。不然會一直積累下去，比如我的床頭下面的灰塵和頭髮，沙發縫隙裏的渣渣……這些，你用吸塵器換個吸頭就能輕鬆做到的
2）最好能有個冰箱。第一次見沒有冰箱的賓館。
3）我掛着請勿打擾，但清掃的阿姨們完全無視。阿姨跟我解釋説酒店規定她們下班前一定要敲一下確認是否要打掃。這個規定不對啦。那還要那個牌子幹什麼呢？我掛了請勿打擾，就不要進來不要敲門。這個需要管理層改一下規定。
4）預訂的時候沒有禁煙房的選項，衹有兩個都可以的那種。但一定要單獨設定禁煙房。有些人，包括我，是超級討厭煙味的。我預訂的時候和另一家價格一樣的酒店猶豫的點就在於另一家明確説有禁煙房。我入住的時候還想着，如果這邊沒有禁煙房我就退掉去另一家，還好我這次的房間沒有煙味。
5）窗户裡外要打掃，擦乾淨。太臟了。

The hotel has a good location and is located in the Yiquan Lake Resort. The gate is Yiquan Lake, which is very convenient for eating and entertainment. The reception service at the front desk was very good and welcoming, the room was clean and tidy, and yogurt was specially presented. There is a separate parking lot, free parking. I ordered an extra large bed with a view and was very satisfied. The breakfast in the restaurant has many varieties and tastes good. There is a self-service laundry on the 9th floor. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel and Congtai Park is opposite. The location is also good. The ladies at the front desk had a very good service attitude. When they saw that we had children with us, they helped entertain them. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Handan. recommend.
