I took my children to Cixi to play. After arriving at the hotel, the whole hotel environment is not bad, and the children also like it very much. The waiter named Chen Hong at the front desk of the registration room upgraded our room for free. The buffet service in the morning is also very thoughtful. Overall, the experience of checking in is not bad

説點乾貨，希望對大家有幫助 入住原因：老年人買的過年套餐，我們自己訂的3天連住 1.這是一個標準的商務酒店，主打一個性價比，所以不要報期望反而有驚喜 2.在一堆4S店中間，不要指望步行出去有什麼吃飯購物的地方；但附近幾公里開車出去有一家【吾悦廣場】，吃喝玩樂全都有 3.因為有棋牌室和卡拉OK，想必平時週末的老年人客流也比較多，親子用户預訂前請考慮清楚 4.這個價位，房間面積給的比較足，有加分；大床房床很大，親子用户不用擔心娃晚上擠你了 5.不知道為什麼，停車大家都願意停地面，反而地下🅿️車位充足，衹是從🅿️走到房間需要距離，還要換一次電梯 6.酒店12點就把房卡給你鎖了，想回去拿東西還要求助清潔阿姨，為什麼不考慮下，入住時等房間等了半個多小時，這點有待提升 7.天氣熱，房間裏也熱，有過夏天的感覺 8.房屋打掃就衹換備品，床是不給鋪的；算了那幾天客人實在多，不高興投訴了 小結：整體感覺開元是不錯的，如果不是因為過年的大客流，服務應該是跟得上的；衝著性價比，不像我這般挑剔的朋友，特別是親子用户可以來沖

Rooms were hot, hot HOT!! I wish they’d put a window in or something to stop us from propping the corridor door open at night. We paid for the room which gives access to the lounge. Lounge had great food and drinks of the first night - I wa impressed. They then closed the lounge on our second night and opted to give us a takeaway box which was no where near the value of paying for the executive room. Luckily, the hotel agreed to give us a refund for our remaining nights and we went to a different hotel. I think in Normal times - when covid is well and truly finished - this hotel would get a revisit. Staff were friendly and like I said, lounge served some good food.
