Staff was friendly and helpful…room was clean as well. However the temperature could never get comfortable.. the room was too hot despite adjusting the thermostat. The mattress was a little too hard and the bed covering could have been better quality.

My family and I stay at this Hampton inn at least twice a year. This by far has been my best experience there. The other times weren’t bad but this time it was special thanks to the staff.

This hotel has Excellent Laundry facilities. One large washer and dryer. Payment by card reader. Gave the time the machine would finish. Nice folding table with 2 comfy chairs.

Great hotel and the staff was the epitome of excellence. Tiger the check in lady very good personality and helpful. The young lady Nicole what a joy kept the breakfast area fully available and great conversation. Tommy thanks for the punctuality of accommodating the request in a timely manner. Kurtencia thanks for a easy check out. Overall GREAT STAFF/nice hotel. I would stay again.

Kat, at the front desk at our check inn was outstanding. she s very professional and knowledgable. we had issues with our tv and she found the problem and got everything resolved.
breakfast was great, gym was good, we will be back

The carpets are dirty. They are stained and feel wet and sticky in our room. The vinyl chairs in the lobby are dirty from the breakfast area. The kitchen staff is having trouble keeping up with breakfast.
When we checked in we confirmed we are silver members and still were not offered as much as a bottle of water.

Lots of stains in the room and all over the hotel. Sticky and smelly carpet in the room. The room smelled awful. The sheets were clean but the bed was hard as a brick and messed up my back.
I booked through a 3rd party but made sure to tell management before i left my concerns and she acknowledged it and the went on to tell the 3rd party when I complained that she didn’t think I was making a complaint and offered 25.00 compensation for this egregious stay.
Buffet was great. Staff was kind. Hotel itself unclean.
