Hilton Garden Inn Jackson/Clinton

We paid for a suite. When we got there, they said that they did not have the room that we requested. We ended up having to stay in a smaller room, but we still paid the same price for the suite.

Expensive. No coffee in room. Not clean. Charge $12 each for breakfast. Do not serve until 7:00am. No other Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at does this

Ok so this was my first time wanting to stay at a hilton for a good experience In everything turns out I was completely upset the first hour after check in. The room I booked had damage on the bath tub, the interior mirror inside the bathroom, a light switch that didn’t turn on anything in the coffee location, damage on the inside of the closet drawers however, the first thing I did was check the tv to see if it was in working condition because I had read multiple reviews of them trying to charge individuals for non functional televisions and, I also checked for the towels, I noticed I had two bath towels in the room but I checked in with three people so I called the front desk and asked for a extra towel I was told to go get it from house keeping not to mention, I know nothing about the area or this hotel so I had to hunt the house keeper down after they moved me rooms to accommodate the damage in the first place. This hotel is to expensive for this kind of experience it is a complete upset to deal with stuff like this traveling with family to different states I will never stay at the Hilton again this was my first and last time. I will be holiday inn, laquinta inn, or Hampton inn bound for the rest of my life Hilton is a absolute mess and if corporate management is smart they would set a training program up and teach these employees what customer service really is!

When I arrive at the property, there were so many people standing around and making noises in the lobby. Had no idea that a reunion in a class was going on. My room was put on the first floor room 107 and a mix of all the noise. I cannot study for my event, and the stay was terrible.

Rooms were unique but great concept. Clean and customer service A1!

I booked a room on your website that showed to have a jetted tub. The room we checked into didn’t have a bathtub in it, only a shower.

This hotel was a mixed blessing for my party. The room was clean and comfortable but we found the service to be lacking. The night staff seemed to spend most of their time sitting in the conference room and it took a while for them to notice us and assist with check in. Staff and service could have been a bit more friendly. Otherwise the room was comfortable and a good value. Surrounding area was a bit sketchy at times. This hotel has a paid buffet breakfast that is reasonably priced. The staff on duty didn’t appear very friendly as we approached so we ended up leaving to get breakfast elsewhere.

Everything was great. The tub was slippery and could be dangerous. That’s my only concern.

I did not like the bar and dinner was not open
