Well, what can I say, we had some huge concerns about going given the fact it was all German guests & we were English! I absolutely wish we hadn’t worried, it was a fabulous holiday. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are lovely, food was great & so much choice….beach restaurant, pool bars, waffle restaurants…. Honesty, you could want for more! The staff in the restaurant were superb, especially Ebru, she was adorable & remembered everything without fail! The bar staff were also excellent & went above & beyond to try to make us feel welcome. Special mention to Ali & Hassan, great cocktails 🍸 Moving into the entertainment….. words will never express how great this entertainment team were. We have been to many countries & never had such a fabulous entertainment team! Eddie, Hasret, Ersin, DJ Mali ….. they were all just fabulous & made our holiday special!! Finally, the German people were lovely, made us so welcome & we have made friends for life! Novum Garden, we cannot wait to come back….. Thank you 😊 ☀️

This is a truly good all inclusive hotel. Everything is included and good quality: -pools, slides, saunas, lounger towels -drinks, including cocktails -beach loungers -deserts, snacks, drinks, served all day Everything is run by the hotel, so everybody gets the same great experience. Food is very good and variety is great. Beach is close (200m) and walk max in 10 min. There is an entertainment in the evening but all goes quiet at 23:30. Food and drinks are still served. Potentially the best all inclusive place for cleanness and food I have ever been to. Sabit, the night manager we met, and the whole team, especially the guys in the terrace and pool bar were great. the slides in the swimming pool are closed 2 hours at noon, I wish they open it longer, nevertheless it was a great experience The beach bar, which we learned was renovated this year, is very nice. Although the food on the beach is sometimes cold, it is very diverse and delicious. The shops in the hotel have similar prices to local shops. We will be back at some point as we loved the place. As for the German comments, we had no problems with them and even became friends with some of them.

We stayed here for a week for our honeymoon and there is no other way to word it other than it's a paradise. Young or small there is something here for everyone and a week simply doesn't feel long enough. The complex has absolutely everything you need including a doctor and shops downstairs. If you're a nervous traveller and a bit anxious about new places then a stay at Novum garden is definitely the place for you. If you're more adventurous then less than a minute down the road is a world full of markets, shops, restaurants and a community full of very friendly hardworking people just waiting to say hello. I will say (and I mean this with no disrespect) the hotel is 95% German. Some staff speak very good English but upon arrival you will be greeted in German. So if you're a British couple or family looking to mix with other Brits then you won't find it here. Having said that, the staff are very attentive to any needs and no job is too big or small for them. The cleanliness is second to none.

A great hotel. Beautiful pools and a large garden. Very clean and well maintained. Staff always friendly and helpful. Good animation available for children and adults. Food very good. Beach not far away with a beautiful beach bar. Simply to feel good and enjoy.

We had a wonderfull time at this hotel. The rooms are excelent and well equipped. Everything is very clean and well kept. the restaurant and the food has been extraordinary. The service and quality and choice of the food was really specially great. The genral manager always had an open ear for everything and treated us very wellcoming. The teamleader Cengiz helped us in every case and we really felt at home. Therefore we will come as well this year and knwo we will have great fun at our family holidays. Something better we have not yet seen on Earth. We are looking forward to relax at the Garden Side Hotel and we look forward to meat all the very nice staff as well. Mit Google übersetzen It was another great vacation with lots of friends and lots of fun . You can really relax here. The food is great. The Novum Garden has a beautiful beach with a Beach bar. The evenings at the pool bar are very fun. Dancing with my dear Hasret is just fun.

A wonderful place to spend a great holiday. Very nice garden and pool area. All areas very clean. Polite and friendly staff. Very good food. Beach very nice, always free loungers available. Beachbar with drinks and food included.

It was another great vacation with lots of friends and lots of fun. You can really relax here. The food is great. The novelty has a beautiful beach with a beach bar. The evenings at the pool bar are very fun. Dancing with my dear Hasret is just fun.

Very nice and quiet hotel with a large pool area. Delicious food in the restaurant with plenty of choice. The staff is extremely friendly and very obliging. The large and clean beach with plenty of sun loungers and its own bar can be reached in five minutes.
