The shuttle is not dependable, better off taking a Lyft or Uber. The ceilings are very low, breakfast could be better. The hot water was touch and go for 2 days in my room. To get clean towels you have to take the dirty ones and exchange them at the front desk. Short ride to the airport.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Night desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Day shuttle driver was rude, but he was on time and efficient. Elevator could use updating.

The bed was comfortable and the suite had been renovated. The floor was sticky everywhere and fresh out of the shower - my feet got dirty ick.

I booked this property as it was close to the airport. Turns out this had to be the worst airport property I ever stayed at. Checked in for 2 nights. The floor in my room was stinky and requested for a room service, however nobody turned up. I had to request a room service the following day, we came back to the room in the evening but the room was in the same condition as we left it. We once requested for an extra pillow and blanket for the sofa couch but again nobody responded to this request. I wonder whats the whole point in having a front desk service when they could never provide any service that we needed. All they had to do was one job and pass instructions to someone to clean our room which never happened. It was quite annoying through our entire stay at this property but had to complete our stay quickly and leave. Not coming back here.

The curb appeal was misleading. The lobby decor was lovely. The reserved room was clean. The road noise was terrible.
On my last night, someone knocked on my door at midnight and awoke me from my much-needed sleep. As I was going to the lobby to check out I observed cigarette butts on the floor which was not what I expected in a smoke-free facility.

They could have used more staff between 9 and 10pm. The woman working was great but there were more people wanting to both buy snacks/drinks and check in than she could handle by herself so it took about 15 minutes to check in.

I know it’s an airport hotel, but this was a cheap old hotel that was given the stereotypical “modern renovation” but is still cheap. Lot of noise late at night and hotel restaurant left much to be desired.
