It was super lovely, everything was clean, had the basic amenities/needs. The receptionist Daniel was super nice, friendly and helpful. Perfect location as it was close to station, supermarket and if you attending concert it’s close. Quite a nice edition to the room was that there is a Bluetooth speaker in your room which you can play music.

It was our first stay at this hotel. We were at a concert at the "Palladium" and this hotel was within walking distance.
Daniel (a hotel employee) gave us a very friendly "welcome" and was able to give us good tips for our stay.
A small plant called "Annemie" was our 'sleepover buddy' and served a good purpose for nature and the environment.

The hotel is relatively new, the rooms are not big, and they are clean and tidy.
There is no parking space in the hotel parking lot, so you need to park in the public garage across the road. Fortunately, the road is not wide, and the parking fee seems to be cheaper.
The sound of sirens or ambulances is quite loud at night, and I woke up several times a night.
The receptionist at the hotel is relatively young and has no patience. It is a bit difficult to communicate if you don't know German.

Second visit to this modern hotel. Service is okay, but could be a bit friendlier. Great location for all concert halls in Cologne-Mülheim. Parking at the house at a fair price. Rate a bit too high this time with €170 vs. €110 on the first visit.
