Hotels near Brohusparken in Copenhagen

I booked 18 nights here (1st half for vacation and 2nd half for medical treatment). There’s a tall guy at the receptionist who’s very kind and he made some arrangement for me right after I’ve told him my situation, gratefully appreciated. Somehow there’s miscommunication with another receptionist lady and I decided to speak to the lady manager instead, she’s very understandable and fix the issue quickly. Overall, the bed/linen is clean and comfortable for the price you paid for. I would recommend people who travel to Copenhagen with a budget or you plan a longer stay here, price per night is reasonable with simple and decent breakfast.

Pokey, unfriendly and unclean. This is the strangest hotel we have ever stayed in! We booked a twin room, we got bunk beds. It took until our last night, for hotel staff to add a proper bed to the room. My daughter slept on a mattress on the floor until then. This was despite raising the issue after our first night. We had ensured the hotel had a lift, as we have disabilities that mean we cannot climb stairs easily . Why give us a room with a ladder? The pokey little cupboard we lived in for 5 nights bore no resemblance to the images on the website. Walls were paper thin and it was very noisy outside. Contrary to the website, you have to opt into cleaning. Rooms are only routinely cleaned every 5 days!! 5 days with no toilet cleaning , no hoovering, no cleaning surfaces. What kind of homes do these people live in? There is no way of contacting reception from the room, the only cups available are paper ones. Only one member of staff was friendly and helpful, the others looked like they hated both their jobs, and the hotel guests. We definitely won’t be back!

We had a superior room which had a lot of room so this review is based on this. I am not sure how the other rooms stack up against this. Scandic Falkoner is in a quieter part of the city but is very easy to get to by the Metro. The yellow, red and green line all run through Frederiksberg so that makes it super easy to go in and out of the city. It is probably a 5 minute metro ride. You can also pick the metro up from the airport and go straight to Frederksberg. The buffet breakfast is included in the price and was superb. There was hot and cold and a lot of variety. The hotel is approx 150m walk from a large shopping centre which has a large grocery store inside. There is also a 7-11 on the corner which has sandwiches, drinks, snacks & hot food. There is a McDonalds and a variety of nice little cafes over the road too. The ground level is quite dark and does take you back a bit when you walk in but you get used to it and the vibe it portrays. There is no closet but there is hangers and a rack to hang clothes. There is quite a few hooks on the wall and in the bathroom along with a hotel hairdryer. There is a safe and a fridge as well. The beds were super comfy and soft. The air conditioning wasn't super cold but it did keep us comfortable on the hot days. If you want your room serviced you will need to book it in with reception the day before. I did ask for the staff to fix something in our room and that never happened so I was a little disappointed about this.

The location is brilliant the rooms are small but you pay for what you get but overall it was great very close to town perhaps a 15min walk and 8min cycling if you wanted to they also hire some there, didn’t speak to staff much as we was out all the time but when did they were all polite and helpful

I got a single room for 3 nights in Copenhagen. It's in a quiet area easy to get the metro around the city. Most of the staff were nice enough without being that friendly, especially the older lady she should lighten up. The breakfast is ok although should have some more choices like bacon, sausage and eggs. There is laundry which was handy. It's definitely not a social hostel unlike acouple of others I visited to meet friends I met. But the wifi and room and good price make it a pretty good choice. 3 check in and 10 check out abit harsh I think.

It’s an ok hotel, love the location and as well helpfulness of staff. A little more attention to room cleanliness will be good, and making drinking water available after room service shouldn’t be on-demand. It’s drinking water, that which is a necessary for all guests. Missing my credit to my Hilton Bonvoy account.

Location: excellent. Just a relatively short walk to the train stations nearby. Amenities and conveniences all around. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. They are always available to you and ready to answer questions via the Cityhub app. (Psst. you can alter the colors of your Hub lights) Great and speedy Wi-Fi connection. Checking in and checking out is a breeze. You can leave your luggage at the lockers after checking out. Convenient! Lounge area is a great spot to hang out. There are drink vending machines, beer on tap and self-serve coffee machines available. You pay for them when checking-out and it’s affordable. I am a smaller person so the hub space and bed size was more than adequate. Bed was super comfy. They space guests out so you don’t have to worry much about noise and not getting a good night’s rest. There are charging and a couple of USB ports next to the bed plus a Bluetooth speaker for you to play some tunes. You’re also provided with fluffy towels and bathrobe. Communal kitchen - Basic amenities like microwave and kettle. Fridge: You can prep your food and store your leftovers in the plastic containers provided. You’ll just label them with your room number and date of check-out. Do bring flip flops for the showers, or you can buy basic toiletries from the vending machines. The spacious communal toilet area has shower and toilet stalls for privacy. Everything has been clean, private and most importantly, safe. Overall a fantastic experience!

Great holiday. It locates in a great location and the breakfast is amazing. Prices are good too

Good budget hotel to spend a night. Comfy beds, very clean. 1 train station to both central copenhagen or the airport. Station is 15min walk. Had to pay for luggage storage as we got to the hotel before check in time as they charge for it

Honestly, fastest check-in and check-out I've ever experienced in my life. They let you do both independently. Also, I loved the sustainable practices. No needless room cleanings unless you specifically request one. No unnecessary towel changes. No disposable one-time use amenities. Bed was really comfortable and location was great.
