Had an enjoyable 4 night stay here. Great location across the road from Train station and Tivoli gardens. Nice light room looking over to Tivoli with a great view of the firework display on Saturday night. Comfortable beds and good selection of hot and cold dishes at breakfast. All staff we met were friendly and helpful. A special mention to Kurt the concierge who took time to tell us about places to visit, marking them out on a handy street map for us.

It’s first visit to Copenhagen for my husband and I, I booked standard room with water view for the night before cruise holiday, were very happy with the whole experience. The room was spacious with two large and comfortable beds. All stuff were approachable, friendly and professional. The breakfast selection was excellent, fresh and tasty. We had burgers for lunch which was really yummy. Furnitures were slightly dated but all in good condition and clean.

The location, decor and vibe of this hotel are perfect. The laid back atrium environment is a nice place to hang out. The staff are professional and helpful at all times. The rooms - we had 2 - are comfortable in that scandì way. Excellent bathroom. I thought that the breakfast pastries were superlative - outstanding. A great 2 night stay in Copenhagen. I will return for sure. One small thing: I loved their shoe horn and wish that I had taken it home with me! Unfortunately my conscience forbade me from doing so! Sadly they do not sell this simple excellent accessory.

The room is large, there are a lot of compartments, and the hotel is also quite thoughtful. My mom's favorite is the garden next to the hotel. It is free to enter the hotel. The hotel is in the center of the city, the traffic is very convenient, just buy something to walk, no need to take a taxi, what brand can be found around it. Maybe its appearance is not so conspicuous, but walking into the hotel will really shock you. I am also a very picky person, this hotel really makes me quite satisfied, strong Amway, very worthy of its price, do not hesitate.

Because the passport was lost in the Netherlands, I did not stay at this hotel. . . Because the reservation is a non-cancellable room, so I have consulted the customer service of Ctrip with the attitude of trying it out. The customer service actively helps the communication. Because the time difference is still not answered when the phone is not available, I will send a text message to me at the first time. A well travelled friend recommended The Sanders Hotel and she was ‘spot on’! From the minute you walk through the front door, one feels like a home. Every aspect oozed the word comfortable and with the numerous comfortable sofas and candles one felt at home. Centrally located, the only drawback was the size and coziness of the room, a bit tight for a couple.

A historic hotel, taking a taxi from the airport for the past 300 yuan. The first time I met a hotel room, there was a gauge cylinder. The younger brother at the front desk is very enthusiastic. When we left, let us take the subway and give me a road map. Hotel accommodations seem to be mostly business people. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Little Mermaid. The door is the bar restaurant street. Eating at the Nordic level is not particularly expensive. All the fundamental Hagen attractions are around the hotel. There is no need to take a bus to take a bus. The location is great.

A luxurious room in a luxurious and historic hotel in an excellent location in Copenhagen. Room furnishings were top notch, bed was extremely comfortable. Room TV streams your mobile device, lots of plugs everywhere, large work desk, brightly lit, and very spacious room! Absolutely no complaints!

We were first drawn to this new hotel in the center of Copenhagen from internet research. Impeccably presented with beautiful interior design, this relatively new 5 star property is located on the water and well positioned to allow for exploration of the city. Suited to tourists as well as business guests the hotel offers well appointed rooms, comfortable beds, excellent towels & robes and attentive service in all departments. Please note, if outlooks and positioning within the hotel are of importance to you I would highly suggest contacting the hotel to get advise on room selection. We booked a Premium category room but made a poor selection based on the limited explanations on the hotel website and ended up on the ground floor facing an office building with parked vans, workers taking smoking breaks and a complete lack of privacy. The premium room category provides ample space with 53M squared but the descriptor does not state this room is a low floor room without a view. You need to book the room 'with a view'. I honestly don't recall that being offered from the list of available rooms when I booked so its quite possible the 'view' category had sold out. In any case, only certain rooms will offer views of the river so it is best to coordinate with the hotel if you have any questions. We stayed one night in our original room but the situation was not ideal - a combination of our poor selection and lack of detailed info on the hotel website. Mehmet Ali, one of the managers was most accommodating and assisted in moving us for our 2nd and 3rd nights to a room offering a spectacular view. We are very grateful for the kind and generous upgrade as this certainly was not our focus in trying to change our accommodations. Mr. Ali is dedicated in his role and wanted to ensure we had a good experience at the NH Collection Copenhagen. He personally saw to it that we were comfortable and indeed we were. Breakfast at the hotel is what one would expect from a fine hotel and the content of the buffet and overall service was a great way to start the day. We did not use the fitness facility but did enjoy the hotel bar where cocktails are professionally mixed and served by a friendly and competent team. We would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again for future visits to Copenhagen.
