Property is clean and well managed with a smooth running of operations. Very comfortable stay and good breakfast. It’s a popular choice of indian and international tourists visiting India. The service was a tad bit slow, but it’s really not an issue. Staff is very friendly, courteous and professional and we enjoyed our stay here. It felt safe and comfortable and we will be visiting again.

Stayed at Rose House and it genuinely exceeded expectations. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was sorted — friendly without being intrusive. Great location, easy to get around from here. Hey guys I recently visited Holiday Inn in New Delhi and stayed there for two days. It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The atmosphere was pleasant, and I really enjoyed my stay. The weather and overall ambiance made the experience even better. I would definitely prefer to stay at this hotel again whenever I visit Delhi in the future.

What a luxurious stay - they recently renovated but kept the design and interior to exude with a strong Indian charm. Rooms are really clean, and the housekeeping team is very meticulous in ensuring that the room is organized and fresh for your stay. Restaurants within the hotel are of great quality as well - one of the best Asian/ Chinese food I’ve had in Delhi.

Great customer service from all the staff. The Executive Club Double room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel provides plenty of complimentary bottled drinking water. There are multiple check-in and check-out counters, so the process is usually quick with little to no waiting. The hotel also offers luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, which is very convenient. The location is excellent, with a metro station just a short walk away, making it easy to get around Delhi. E-hailing ride services are also available at any time. A few minor drawbacks: the hotel can get quite busy, so you may need to wait a few minutes to be seated for breakfast during peak hours. The lifts also have an unusual T-shaped layout. The area near the entrance is quite narrow, so it can feel cramped when someone is already standing by the door. Another minor issue was the air conditioning. The temperature control did not seem to work properly. Although the highest setting was around 20.5°C, the actual room temperature I measured was only 10–14°C. The only solution was to switch the air conditioning off when the room became too cold and turn it back on later after it had warmed up. While this was a minor inconvenience, it did not significantly affect my overall stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The excellent service, comfortable room, convenient location, and efficient check-in/check-out process far outweighed the minor inconveniences. I would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi, especially those looking for easy access to the metro, the airport, and other parts of the city.

My flight was in the morning, so I stayed at a hotel near the airport. They were very flexible during my stay. My flight was delayed, and I requested an extended stay, an additional breakfast, and laundry service, all of which they accommodated. Although the extended stay was unexpected, there are souvenir shops and restaurants within walking distance, so I got to experience a different side of India.

It is very characteristic of India and is said to be the earliest five-star hotel in Delhi, India. The breakfast is generous and the lobby and courtyard are spacious.

I had a wonderful stay at the Pullman New Delhi Aerocity. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it perfect for transit travelers and business trips. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very well maintained, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The staff provided excellent hospitality throughout my stay and were always professional and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious food, and the dining experience overall was impressive. I also enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the hotel facilities, especially the gym and pool area.
