The location is excellent, near the New Port. It takes 700 meters to walk from the airport to the New Port by subway. The main attractions can be reached on foot, such as the New Port, Rosenborg Palace, Frederick Church, Mermaid, etc. The room is on the canal, with a panoramic view of the Opera House and the Royal Theater. Although the room is not big, it has a strong sense of design, good quality, and antique style. There is a Chinese restaurant (Dongyuan) near the New Port, and the food is OK.
In the heart of the Scandinavian metropolis, the 25hours Hotel Indre By has found its home. Centrally located between the Round Tower and the Kobmagergade shopping street, 243 rooms are waiting to be explored. The NENI restaurant and Café Duse are the perfect places to socialise for hotel guests and locals alike, and the Boilerman Bar in the basement is ideal for relaxed evenings.

Stayed here for a week.
The nuts were delicious. It felt like a fairytale world.
Copenhagen is a bit cold in the summer. You have to wear a down jacket when you go out at night.
The design is OK but the quality is average. People who pursue quality can stay in another hotel called Sander. It is very comfortable there.

Great hotel and convenient to walk to all major attractions and city centre. Around 20mins from airport by metro and a 5minute walk to hotel. The staff were very friendly and made sure to leave a birthday treat for us which was appreciated. For the price of the hotel it's a pity that they only provide one bottle of water and later charge 55k for a new bottle. Most hotels will replenish this free daily. Overall very comfortable stay.

The location is very good.
I arrived in Copenhagen on an early morning flight, but the front desk also helped me check in. I am very grateful for their professional service.

The rooms here are very tall and not exquisite, but the design details are very good. There are two USB and two TIPS interfaces at the head of the bed. To turn on the bathroom light, just press it once and keep pressing it until it gradually brightens.

Breakfast was amazing. The staff were always happy to help, especially the restaurant staff. The pool is not free for guests - it’s part of the paid for spa experience which was around 300 DKK per person. The luggage storage is 50 DKK per 4 hours so if you plan to leave your luggage at the hotel during the day you check out then you will need to pay for it.

The hotel location is not far from train station, so it’s comfortable to reside at this hotel. But my experience is not so good. I had asked for many helps, but customer service had just told me to edit those problems and no one came to help me anymore. So it’s a bad experience I had found in trip.

Good parts: 1) Room is very big and quite clean; 2) It's located by the river, so the view is quite nice and good for morning walk
So-so parts: 1) The hotel is 15 mins walk to the metro line. There's no 7-11, grocery store and restaurants nearby which can be quite inconvenient; 2) The hotel was under construction when we stayed there. It was very noisy in the morning; 3) The staff is not very welcoming compared with the other Marriott I stayed before

Outstanding
ZZhijiefl, it’s a very nice trip with my friends. The location is great with some public transport around and inside it surprised me because it‘s all like a cube very close to each other and the room is great and clean. You can’t even control your speaker and the light mode to make a better atmosphere.
TtravelwithamelieLocation is easy to reach from airport with bus. Building is big and have cafe on the ground floor. Paid locker is available on the basement and they have elevators. Bedrooms are a bit narrow but ok for people without big luggage.
TTackler 999Vibrant and immaculate hotel with beautiful rooms on the top floor, friendly staff who were very helpful and a nice bar make this Hotel a real standout. The location is in a very useful location and yet tucked away with no noise.
AAlex LBooked Coco hotel on a sort of a rush for New Year and by a recommendation from a friend. When I checked the reviews later on was a bit hesitant about my decision, complaints about cleaness, noise, service.
In my case I found all the opposite.
First great surprise: I had to make an ammendment on my booking and Coco hotel staff was accomodating.
Service and communication: Before my arrival, I made few inquiries by email to Coco Hotel. I got everything sorted out, the replies were fast and got tons of useful information.
Room were not big, not great but for Europe and Particularly Copenhagen standards were good enough
I stayed in Winter so a fridge wasn't something i really needed.
Room service came everyday, very clean and kind, always with a smile.
Coco Hotel also has a very nice Coffee/bar on the first floor. I was staying on the level 1 (not ground level) and hardly heard a noise
Lonela and Saulius at the frontdesk were always responsive and very very ver kind.
AAna MALLocation and cleanliness are excellent. Amenities is their weak point but expected in a small hotel. The staff in the evening made the difference (a girl the 16th of July and a guy the 17th), very friendly, accommodating and professional.
GGuest UserNeat enough old hotel in the heart of Copenhagen near all things of interest, we enjoyed being able to walk out and find food, transport, parks and shops close by. The hotel itself is a classic old Copenhagen building which shows its age and while I'm sure some find it charming, I would say it's a bit below the standard you come to expect from more modern buildings. The staff was friendly and wanted to accommodate us although the cleaning staff seemed so into their own business that they wouldn't even notice us as we tried getting into the hotel's single elevator, rushing in before us so we almost collided as it didn't seem they were gonna come back inside the lift having just exited. No polite apologies either and on top of that the hallway was at almost all times we came through them, day or night, full of trolleys with used towels, jackets hanging on random hooks and generally just felt cluttered. Don't know if this was on all floors but it gave a weird impression disorder walking through the already-creaky hallway.
As for the room itself, it covered our needs and we didn't have issues with noises from other guests other than those walking through the hallway but at least the walls, floor and ceiling didn't cause disturbance. The beds were a little too soft for our liking and left us feeling sore the day after. Also a shame we didn't get the double-bed we had requested during the booking process. Somehow they mixed that up and reception staff didn't seem to know what our booking involved when we showed up. We decided the twin beds provided could be pushed together instead and leave it at that as we had been up at 4 in the morning and were exhausted. A final note on the room would be the weird furniture choices. You get these bed side tables that look like a school kid's wood working project, kind of rough around the edges and felt very cheap and sort of sloppy from a decorating point of view. In contrast, the reception cafe has a wonderful interior and is very charming so I was a fair bit disappointed that the room gave me this impression.
All in all, the hotel covered the features it should but I had really expected better from the impression I got when making the booking originally. Location is, however, enough of a pull to make up for the negative aspects. Perfect location for sightseeing and access everywhere.
CcheungwendyI stayed for 4 nights. The toilet is cleaned every day. And bedsheets are changed very now and then. They even have events written on a board.
LLilian. The two male receptionists at the night shift are fabulous. They are not only nice and helpful in giving grocery and money exchange information, but also very willing to share the Copenhagen culture with us.
They are very friendly which has given us remarkable hospitality.
The room is not big but very enough for 2 person, yet, the tidiness is satisfying with this price. The window outside is the road and sea, quiet and beautiful, very enjoyable living.
There is no toothpaste, toothbrush or slippers, please prepare for yourself, given that the hotel price is really low compared to other options.
Will definitely recommend to friends or family who wanna come visit Copenhagen.
AAnonymous UserEventhough the room is bit small, it is good enough for me n friend to stay n sleep together. Both of us are backpack traveller. Everything there is good and convenient. Definitely would like to come back again if have chance.
