If I could rate this hotel a zero, I would. The room we were given was disgusting. The floor was sticky, the bedside table was sticky, there was candy wrappers in one of the beds, candy wrappers and dirt on the bathroom floor, and the door knob for the bathroom floor was falling off. Since it was 2am (late flight arrival), we decided to deal with it in the morning. The next morning I requested to change rooms. We room we were given was on the first floor instead of the second floor. I was told they were giving us an upgrade and waiving the upgrade fee. I looked at the room and it was the exact same kind of room. I asked what was the ”upgrade.” Management responded that since they don't have an elevator, first floor rooms are more expensive for the convenience of not having to use the stairs. Except I had already carried our luggage up the stairs the night before and check in and then back down the stairs when we moved rooms. So really, no convenience or upgrade was actually afford to us. We were simply paying the same price for the same kind of room. That night when we returned to the room and went to shower, we noticed the shower curtain was moldy. So the next morning we got a new shower curtain from management. Later that week, the one day we requested (via the door hanger) for our room to be serviced, it was not. When I checked out, I asked to be refunded for one night, of our 8 night stay, to be refunded for the inconveniences. Management refused stating they had accommodated us. I have called customer service for Best Western corporate, and they will not do anything either. I travel frequently for work and this is the worst experience at a hotel I have had. I know this is not reflective of the experience at all Best Western properties. However, those we were there visiting, we told them to never let any guests stay at that hotel.

This hotel is off the main strip on the Home Depot side of the highway. It is setback from the road and feels relatively private. As others have said in their reviews, the staff is friendly. The downside with this hotel is it needs to be renovated: carpeting needs to be replaced; they are running dehumidifiers on some floors 24/7; rooms phones don’t work; room doors are not secure on frame; and back door to enter building doesn’t lock (🥹). There is also a sense that several of the guests are walk-ins who appear to be going through some stuff. I didn’t feel very safe. Will not return to this hotel.

First off, the property is very clean and presentable. They obviously care about appearances. Secondly, Nicole is the best! She was very professional and courteous and explained everything in great detail. She was also very helpful in providing anything that was needed for the stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The showers are spacious and the water pressure is second to none. Beds and pillows are as comfortable as can be. Literally could not ask for a better place to stay. I’ll be sure to return when I’m ever in the area again. Top notch!!

Visiting family in the area, we chose this hotel for their availability of a one bedroom suite. The location is convenient and the proximity to local restaurants is a plus. The offer of a daily included breakfast is an important plus and is one of the most positive factors which would warrant a repeat visit. Staff member Aileen was there on a daily basis to ensure that the breakfast, (eggs, biscuits, sausage and gravy), was always fresh, hot and replenished. In addition, the cleanliness and care of the breakfast area was excellent. The care of the room was also worth noting - Gloria provided replenishment of all necessary items as well as daily cleaning services with a good crew of room attendants. Help was provided by Luis at the front desk regarding recommendations for the local area shopping needs and the transfer from my old Radisson frequent stay account to their new program. Prior business travel afforded an opportunity to stay at multiple locations and sample many hotel chains. Based on this stay, I can easily recommend this location and will return here when in the area. One minor potential improvement that was identified by my wife was the lack of a wall mirror in the separate bedroom. All mirrors in the suite were located in the main room. Honestly, that is an observation that I would never have noticed … historical business travel focused on getting in and out, I was never really aware of that level of detail.

I've been staying here several weeks a month for the past 6 months. The staff (especially the manager at front desk and 2 ladies at the bistro in the morning) always made me feel at home. Amazing customer service. They do a great job at making their customers feel welcome.

It's an average hotel. They double charged me for breakfast. My reservation included breakfast for 2, and then when I ate breakfast they added it to the bill. Be careful.
