I’m pretty disappointed with this booking. The hotel staff greeting was as cold as the shower... no matter how long I left the water on, it wouldn’t warm up. I felt like I was in a basement with the concrete walls and floors. Simple amenities like a hairdryer were nowhere to be found. To top it off, construction started right outside my 1st floor window at 7am. A dollar for an apple for breakfast. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Parking is absolutely terrible. Went to take a shower and had no hot water. After about 15 minutes water got "luke" warm for about 5 minutes and then went back to cold. Maintenance came to "fix" the problem. Temperature stayed about the same just increased water pressure. Would not stay again.

Beautiful hotel with an “edge”
Stayed there before and was hoping it still had this vibe and it died. Great comfortable room and staff is great. Parking not ideal given walking in cold winter weather but it’s worth the walk.

I loved everything about NYLO, the tranquility of the environment, the convenience of an accessible gym, the layout of the room, the views from the window…everything was stupendous. I would most definitely recommend NYLO to friends, family, and even strangers; a five star hotel indeed. I can definitely see myself returning next time around.

The hotel was cute & Nothing out of the ordinary. The parking lot is across the street and not well lit at night. The rooms do not come with a refrigerators or microwaves however, there is a microwave on each floor in a common area. Also bring a pair of house shoes or thick to wear in the room the floors are concrete and get very cold.

While it looks really cool the property isn’t very well
Maintained. In our room the heater was so noisy that I was awoken even with ear plugs in. We ended up sleeping with the heat off. When I told staff she apologize and that was it. Additionally , the “rain shower” shower head was cracked so you were instead basically pressure washed directly on your head. If you’re looking for a cold room, with no privacy, heating, a painful shower, and poor service- this is your place. On the plus side, the bed was comfy!

Christopher checked us in and did a great job. A follow-up text from him asking if we were happy was a nice touch. This is a real fun property, very unique with its industrial feel. Management and staff should be proud of their efforts for making this hotel a great place to stay.
