The Casa Blanca is located in a central place in cucuta, wich made my transfers from place to place much easier and in my reservation include the breakfast really nice and good. The rooms very clean with A/c , TV with cable tv and a small refrigerator with snacks. The hotel also has rooms for activities or events i case that you have a special occasion. The staff in the hotel they treat me like a king I dont have any complaints at all, I remember Sandra in the reception and the others ladies there and I apologize if I dont remember all the names but all of them are really nice. The restauran cabá literally I try most of the food in the card but the tomahawk steak is really nice, Miguel and his partner that I dont remember her name both of them are really kind, the others too but most of time they are the one who attended me. The other restaurant is in the roof the name is 360 they prepare a nice cocktail the name is Santa Maria is like a sangria but a little bit stronger is really nice. I Congratulate Mr.Jesus (who is in charge of the hotel) for all the help and excelent staff of the hotel. I definitely return.

Excellent location ,great service and well clean place awesome service right on the middle of the city close to every restaurant now the only thing I was not fun was the breakfast was annoying every day the same menu but you have choices if you want to get your own breakfast outside the hotel .

The hotel was clean, safe and the personnel was very diligent. I have nothing to comply but the little water when taking a shower. Don’t understand why it was too little, it might be the water pressure in the pipes. Other than that, I felt it is a great hotel.

No lift, ozone water filter on the first floor. Purity and safe taxi service. Clean, pleasant, no shower water heating. The hotel is conveniently located next to a large modern shopping centre with plenty of food options if you need to eat out. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. My wife was on crutches and they went the extra mile. Great breakfast buffet, imaginative changes to hit breakfast daily and good coffee. We ate in one lunchtime and had a pizza on the roof terrace. Will definitely stay there again next time I am in Cucuta.
