It was great! Within walking distance to all our activities. The parking was a little steep at 39$ for the night plus tipping. But the hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. Would definately stay here again.

Nice room. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Would definitely stay here again. 10 min. Walk to rock n roll hall of fame. Lots of eating places to walk to. Just wish the valet wasn't so pricey. Didn't use the in and out so just sat there for 2 nights. Should be cheaper for that. Overall a great place to stay.

The service is very friendly and it is very convenient to walk to the Rocket Stadium in about 10 minutes. The parking lot at the hotel is too expensive. I parked in a parking lot 6 minutes away from the hotel for only $3 a night. When I returned to the hotel at night, I had to swipe my card to enter the lobby door, which made me feel safe. The window of the room I stayed in faced the church. There was a scheduled bell in the morning, which would affect my sleep. The hotel lobby provides 24-hour coffee.

We came to Cleveland by train. Arrival time is still early. I wanted to temporarily store my luggage. We checked in again in the afternoon. We were checked in directly at the counter and received breakfast. Service beyond imagination. It's so sweet.
The hotel is in an excellent location. In downtown Cleveland, you can visit all eight major attractions on foot in almost one day. Opposite is the cathedral. 10 minutes walk to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame
The breakfast room manager's service is great. Be at your side. Whatever is missing, make up for it immediately. It feels like every guest leaves home in high spirits.

This hotel is close to downtown and makes it very convenient to travel about the city for events and activities! The staff here is incredible and very kind. Better than the average hotel breakfast nowadays. Real yummy food that’s actually made fresh was great to enjoy.

I have stayed at Hampton Inn in various cities for years. This stay however I was very disappointed. First this was my wife’s birthday and I booked this for my Queen. I only wish we would have gotten there earlier because I would have cancelled my reservation. First: the front desk clerks was very professional and courteous. Second: Had i known the hotel was undergoing remodeling and we were celebrating my wife’s birthday, i would not have considered it. It was cold, dirty and unprofessional appearance. I have seen lower grade hotels appearance much more professional. I am seeking a refund based on my experience and our disappoin**ent!!!!

We reserved a king bed. When we arrived they could not give us this. We got a room with 2 queen beds. We normally sleep in a king bed. We should have at the minimum been notified prior to check in that we could not be accommodated with this.
