I went to Danang with my friend 2 6 nights 7 days This hotel was 2 nights The front desk was very kind and helpful, we can only speak Japanese, but we interpreted it in Pokemon and talked 々 The room is beautiful, The breakfast was good and the price was cheap and satisfactory.

The equipment is about 60% to 70% new as shown in the photos. Some of the big towels and sheets have some stains, but the location is great, very close to the beach. There are many convenience stores and massage parlors as soon as you go out, and the boss's son is very serious about solving any problems for customers. , very cost-effective. If I come to Da Nang again, I will stay a few more days.

You can come at night time for late check in, the staff always standby at counter, and checkout is easy, also you can left your baggage until you come back in limited time. Enjoy in here a lot!

We were served drinks and wet wipes while waiting for our rooms upon check in. Abit of messed up during check in due to supplier of trip.com who submitted the booking to hotel, our rooms given were not what we paid for. Took some time to resolve but overall trip.com was helpful and the hotel staff were all helpful. The hotel and supplier Settled our rooms and we were happy with it. All The staff at hotel were polite and great , especially Lily Kim the lobby floor supervisor who went all the way out to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our room arrangement at the ocean view suite. Welcome fruits platter was provided too. I was there to celebrate my birthday and the hotel arranged a whole mini cake up to my room. Usually other hotels only gave a complimentary slice of cake. Daily we were provided some biscuits during tea time and the biscuits were really yummy. Location was great as the beach is just across the road but traffic is busy and we need to be very careful while crossing as the motorist don't stop for anyone. A minimart is just 2 mins walk beside the hotel which is very convenient. The rooftop lounge is a must visit place to chill out as the view is beautiful up there at night. Breakfast varieties are good although almost the same stuff daily but taste is not bad. Overall I am very satisfied with the location, service and amenities of this hotel. The rooms are amazing, the breakfast is diverse. Employees in the hotel are friendly and kind, everybody works to make you feel very comfortable, the building is in front of the beach, you have to walk just a little bit to an area of the beach that you can swim, and there are bar restaurants right across from the street. The hotel is quite nice but the service is not really good especially in the restaurant at 4rd floor. I think the hotel was fully occupied during my stay. There are lots of guests during 0830 at the restaurant. The waiter checked my room number and let me go. I have to find a table by myself. The utensils were put inside a stainless baskets and we seemed like we are taking breakfast in the fast food shop. All crowded and the environment is completely not like a 5 star hotel. Very bad experience in these 2 days at breakfast time. But the choices are many, but not special. There is only 1 coffee machine in a restaurant which serve more than hundreds of guests. There is a coffee corner which provide coffee, latte but only VIP will be served. My friend asked for a latte made by a staff named Chinh ( maybe wrong spelling) but her reply was this was serve to VIP, not you and you could get your own by coffe machine. I really can't believe this is a 5 star hotel service. Besides of the Eatery restaurant, other facilities like sa, gym, swimming pool, sanua are quite nice to me. You have to go to the spa where provide good service at not expensive price, very beautiful environment and sea view. I think the management should improve their service and try to upgrade the service in the restaurant.

Upon check in we were asked to show our Ids and we were gladly obliged .Usually they will just take a copy and return but this night guy will not do it. I asked for them back and he said he need them to register to the police. I ask can you take a copy and keep one id only. He bluntly said no. What a jerk. Then the next day housekeeper forgot to set up toilet paper in our room. When i called to ask for it, the guy brought up only one roll. I asked if we can have 2 and he said ”why”?? What a stupid question to ask. Because we need 2 and it's none of your business that's why. Then when we go to Hoi An using their car service then come back at 12pm and they have us wait for 3h to get 1 out of 2 room. I dont know how they can do that. Front desk staff really don't know how to do their job i think. They know when we arrive, their check in time is 2pm and we even go have lunch to kill the time and when we come back at 2, nobody tell the housekeeper to clean a room for us. My parents both over 60s were so tired from the trip and they have to sit around the lobby and wait. And we see other family get their rooms before us even though they just arrive. Nobody know how to switch room around. I am in hotel business so I know it's not difficult to do . Funny we received no appology, no follow up, I literally have to stare at them 15mins straight to get a room

We are so happy for our stay in Peninsula Hotel Danang! The room is so clean and nice, the view is amazing! We can even see the GuanYing from our room! My 86 years old grandma enjoy her stay and loves the breakfast so much! They are so sweet to prepare a chair in the shower room for my grandma. All the people we met there is so friendly and helpful especially Francis, Helen, and Phuong! Also the staff who always help to carry my grandma in wheelchair, thank you so so much!

Firstly, the staff at this hotel are wonderful. They are SO helpful, caring and accommodating. We appreciated their help and interactions. The hotel has a beautiful and welcoming foyer and pool area. The rooms are lovely, a great size with excellent showers and bathroom. The location is walking distance to the lovely beach and there's plenty of eating options around. I really wanted to love this accommodation but there were problems. First and foremost is the functions held that dominate the place. One took over the entire main pool with a stage covering the pool which meant guests couldn't use it for nearly two days. This left guests using the roof pool that is neglected and had no towels. There was never enough pool towels. Everyday, we had to wait while staff went looking for pool towels. The private functions are loud and if your room is near them, you then have to listen to the late night banging and talking while packing up. Breakfast is good but if you get there late, they are slow to replace items or not at all. Two mornings, I missed out on bacon, ham and croissants and had empty coffee pots. There are a lot of Asian options and beautiful fruit and the normal egg station. You won't go hungry. The beautiful Lady running the breakfast room is absolutely second to none. Her genuine interest in your comfort and day was heart warming. Overall, the staff here are 5 stars. The accommodation is 4 stars. I would definitely stay again and loved Da Nang.

Internet connection is OK for searching on the internet but some poor connection for face time. AC is good and the room is clean. Good budget hotel for travellers.
