The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The location was also excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. However, I feel the front desk staff could be a bit friendlier and more welcoming. A warmer attitude from the team would really elevate the overall guest experience. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would consider returning, especially for the convenience of the location and the cleanliness of the property.

Although there are no children, but the heart of the three families children's day holiday, we chose the healing dormitory. If the spa valley was opened, I think I would have played better, but it was still before the opening, so I was healed while taking a walk in Nature Park, and it was a trip that both children and adults were satisfied. I went in late due to late check-in, but I was able to enter well without any inconvenience and the facilities were clean and nice. However, I was a little embarrassed because I couldn't send the KakaoTalk in advance because the phone number was foreign number (?) and what kind of error there was in the reservation through Trip.com. There was no problem with entering, but if it is a system error, it seems to be a break that needs to be corrected. By the way! This place is a natural place where peacocks and rabbits often go around like long cats and even do not avoid people. Every morning, there is an automatic alarm service with peacock crying. I had a very pleasant stay at Prana Hotel in Hyunpoong. The hotel is very new, and you can immediately feel the modern and well-thought-out design throughout the entire property. Everything is clean, fresh, and maintained to a high standard. What stood out most was the friendliness of the staff - very fluent in English! The reception team in particular was extremely welcoming, helpful, and professional, making check-in and the overall stay very smooth and comfortable. The hotel also offers very convenient parking, which is a big plus if you are traveling by car. In addition, the fitness center is well-equipped and perfect for maintaining your routine while staying there. A nice extra is the small bar, which provides a relaxed atmosphere in the evening. You can enjoy a selection of drinks like beer and gin & tonic, along with some snacks — a simple but very appreciated touch. Overall, Prana Hotel is an excellent choice in Hyunpoong if you are looking for a modern, comfortable stay with great service. I booked already another stay next week.

I came here on a business trip and stayed there. It was clean and the water in the bathroom was good. The room was spacious and had a styler, which was nice. The TV was big and nice.

The room is clean and nicely decorated. The elderly staff is friendly and allowed me to bring my folding bike to the room. The motel is near the Four Rivers cycling path.

Cleaned room silent but there weren't amenities in room due to the government policy. Please prepare toothpaste and brush
