February Dongseong-ro The Signature Hotels in Daegu

February Dongseong-ro The Signature

"I stayed at this hotel for a 3-day business trip. 1. **Location & Accessibility:** As someone traveling from out of town and relying on the subway, the hotel's proximity to Jungangno Station Exit 1 was absolutely ideal for transportation. The surrounding commercial area is bustling, offering plenty of dining options, which is great. However, it does come with some noise pollution from people drinking and chatting late into the night, making it louder than hotels in quieter, more secluded areas. With many commercial facilities nearby, including the Dongseongno Tourist Special Zone, and it being a weekend, I also witnessed a vibrant festival atmosphere with many young people, including teenagers. It was quite a fresh experience. 2. **Hotel Room Facilities:** I felt that the accommodation fee of over 500,000 won for two nights was excessively high. Aside from it being a SUITE Room and having a styler, I don't think the facilities were outstanding for the price. Disposable toiletries like toothpaste and toothbrushes weren't provided, so guests have to purchase them individually. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were, of course, available. I hadn't brought my personal hairdryer because the website mentioned hair dryers and curling irons were provided. To my surprise, the hairdryer in the room was tiny, only blew air without any styling capabilities, and the curling iron was so small it felt like a child's toy. I inquired at the front desk, but they said that's all they had. I ended up buying a hairdryer from Olive Young just to use it. As I was on a business trip, a good hairdryer was essential for me. Considering the hotel's price point, I believe such items should be adequately stocked and usable. On a positive note, the bedding and other items, as well as the cleanliness, were excellent. The bedding was particularly comfortable. The underfloor heating also made the room pleasantly warm and cozy. 3. **Breakfast & Other Amenities:** Since breakfast was included, I had two morning meals. The food was average, and I felt it could have been better. On the first day, I received a small cup of beer as a welcome drink. I also checked out the fitness facility, as advertised on the website, but it was much smaller, cramped, and more claustrophobic than depicted, so I just left. I didn't book the hotel myself; my organization did, so I had read the website and reviews beforehand. However, my actual experience left me with quite a few disappointments. It felt like just a small hotel. While it has the significant advantage of being in a prime transportation hub and could be useful for groups to leverage the surrounding commercial area, for a solo traveler seeking relaxation, it doesn't quite hit the mark."

Rivertain Hotel Hotels in Daegu

"This stay was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the noise from the air conditioner in the room. It produced a very loud and continuous noise while operating, clearly exceeding the level acceptable in a typical hotel room. It even gave the impression of factory machinery running. Hotels are fundamentally supposed to provide guests with a comfortable environment for rest and sleep, but this room failed to meet even those basic standards. I stayed in this room for two nights, but the noise was so severe that I was virtually unable to sleep properly. As a result, my rest was significantly disrupted, and my overall satisfaction with the stay dropped drastically. What was even more problematic was that the hotel allowed me to stay in a room with such obvious equipment issues, despite knowing that a change to another room was impossible because the hotel was fully booked. This suggests a lack of sufficient room management, facility inspections, and consideration for guest convenience. This level of noise was not merely a minor inconvenience; it was distinct enough that anyone could notice it the moment they entered the room and turned on the air conditioner. Therefore, it is difficult to believe that the hotel was completely unaware of this problem. If the hotel was aware of the serious noise issue with the air conditioner, it should have prioritized completing repairs before selling the room. At the very least, the room should not have been assigned to guests until the problem was resolved. I believe this issue goes beyond mere comfort and concerns the fundamental standards of hotel operations and facility management. Selling a room that requires maintenance and forcing guests to bear the resulting inconvenience is hardly an appropriate operational practice. Overall, this experience left the impression that the hotel lacks responsibility regarding maintenance management, room quality control, and the guest experience. The subject of the study, the subject of the business world, the cold and the cold energy of the business world.運作時產生非常明顯而持續的噪音,音量之大已超Exit one winery store, enter the market, apply to the business, use it as a business. "I booked this place because I was looking for a comfortable place to rest with good accessibility, located in front of Daegu Catholic University Hospital, and I am satisfied. The clean interior left a good impression, and the bedding was also satisfactory. The bathroom was spacious, and the water pressure was strong, making it perfect for relieving fatigue."

"I rarely give anything less than five stars, as I usually have certain expectations for price and service, but this time I was genuinely unhappy. The hotel arranged my room on the roadside, and the soundproofing was truly terrible. When I complained to the front desk, they just said there were no other rooms available. I didn't see that many guests staying there this season, so this arrangement was really uncomfortable. Secondly, the information service was outdated; the jazz bar was advertised as opening in June, but it's already July and it's still closed. This was a real disappointment. The front desk guy, however, was quite good; I'm adding one star just for him. He even helped me arrange a taxi, which was really helpful. But a noisy environment leading to a bad night's sleep is truly miserable!"

"Facilities: Very comprehensive, standard express hotel amenities. Cleanliness: Absolutely no issues, very clean. Service: The front desk staff's English was very fluent, and everyone was very friendly. The hotel is very close to Banwoldang subway station, although you might have to navigate a bit underground after exiting the station. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, but some of the dishes were cold, which might not be suitable for those with sensitive stomachs."

Daegu Dongseongro Hotel AU ★★★
"Hotel location: Very convenient, right in Daegu's bustling area, with plenty of options for food, drinks, and entertainment. Hotel services: When speaking English in Daegu, many locals don't understand, but the reception哥哥 (male receptionist) here was the most fluent. Compared to other hotels, where housekeeping staff usually greet you politely, that wasn't the case here. Hotel cleanliness: Cleaning isn't done just by pressing the button; you need to inform reception. After entering the room, I found 1-2 hairs in the toilet, but generally, other areas were clean. Hotel facilities: The toilet design is a bit unique, but overall it's fine. What's most commendable is the magnetic charging spot; it charges devices much faster than a standard cable."
