I tell you, I will stay here again next time. I am so satisfied. The location, hotel location, interior space, cleanliness, comfort, service, etc., I am very satisfied. The guy at the front desk contacted us early and told us the route, then went to the drop-off point to pick us up, helped with the luggage, sent the luggage to the room, sent souvenirs, and sent us to the pick-up point after check-out. It really provided great service. Another reason to book this inn is that you can watch the sunrise directly from the terrace of the room, which is so cool. We booked two double rooms, both on the third floor, and loved it.

This hotel accommodated me so well and so quickly, I booked another hotel, to only get there and it have been closed for over a year, so I had to think fast and this hotel was right around the corner. They helped stranded me, were so lovely. Gave me a plate full of snacks on arrival. Breakfast was also great. The room was very pretty and comfortable. I didn’t get cold as there was a portable heater as well as an electric blanket. Very well situated as well. They also then helped carry my suitcase to the car park because the cobbled paths were a nightmare. Thanks so much! If I’m ever back in Shaxi, I’ll book here first!

這是整個雲南旅遊最喜歡的一家民宿。在出發前我看了好多酒店民宿，對大理海東和海西的民宿可以如數家珍的程度。其實本來沒有計劃在桃源村住的，但是無意間刷到這家，看了很多評論覺得挺不錯，就修改了一下我們的行程，結果是對的，非常舒服和滿意的一家民宿。民宿對面就是洱海，因為在海西比較靠北的地方，人相對少很多，真的超級安靜，有種世外桃源的感覺。清晨拉開門簾，外面就是小庭院，陽光温温暖暖的，風清清涼涼的，坐在庭院的鞦韆上，整個人沐浴在陽光中，真的都不想走了。房間很大，很乾凈，睡的很舒服。而且洗漱用品是這趟旅程中最齊全的，包括棉簽、卸粧棉、馬桶套這些都有。唯一可能有點不足的是廁所是單獨在一個小間，牆是石頭堆砌而成，有點原始？看着怪嚇人的，而且上方不是完全密閉的，上廁所會有點冷。但勝在乾淨又沒有味道。早餐在二樓，非常舒適的用餐環境，而且水果、各種茶飲、咖啡都是自助的，非常大方和自助。主食是現做的，也非常豐富。二樓陽台就可以直接看洱海，在室內坐沙發上就可以發呆。真的超舒服。

Beautiful room with a lovely balcony view of Erhai lake. Staff were incredibly friendly and quickly assisted where needed. I rented a room with jacuzzi tub but water needs to be hotter to fill it, however staff found a solution to make it work. Limited breakfast menu and food choice, and not much of a gym area, but the hotel is nicely decorated offering many photo opportunities. An important element for travel. Melanie from Canada
