Dali Qihai Tingfeng Inn (Zhangjia Garden Branch)

This is my fourth time coming to Dali. I chose this inn based on many experiences. This time it happened to coincide with the March Street and Horse Racing Festival. It was already 11pm when I arrived at the inn. Parking at the inn was very convenient. The proprietress of the inn helped me with my luggage, and also helped me take it to the room and introduced the facilities in the room. The hotel facilities are very new and the bedding is very soft. We booked a mountain-viewing double bed room and the boss gave us a free upgrade to a mountain-viewing double bed room with a bathtub. Unexpectedly, the inn sister finally gave us another discount. Thank you again. The next morning, we had breakfast in the restaurant on the first floor of the inn. The buns were delicious. The breakfast was also served by the inn sister. At the end, she asked us very enthusiastically if we needed more buns and whether we were full. During the whole inn check-in process, I was able to experience the inn staff (I don’t know if the handsome guy drinking tea next to the front desk was the boss and greeted us very enthusiastically. The cleaning aunt of the inn was also very good. Seeing that we had no water, she took the initiative to help us get a few more bottles of bottled water) were very warm and hospitable, especially the enthusiasm of the inn sister, which made us, the outsiders who came to Dali for the first time, feel very comfortable and eliminated the sense of strangeness. I have stayed in many hotels, homestays, etc. on business trips and travels before. At present, this inn makes me feel the most comfortable. I can feel that they are smiling, enthusiastic, able to serve guests from the perspective of guests, and respect guests. I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit the ancient city and Erhai Lake.
